⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful experience at Wistub Brenner ❤️ I chose the Alsatian farm-raised pork loin, and it was a real treat: tender meat, perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and generously portioned. A comforting dish just the way we like them, truly showcasing traditional Alsatian cuisine. The atmosphere is warm and authentic; you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The service was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. A truly delicious memory in the heart of Colmar. I will gladly return ✨

"When Alsace sits down to eat, it doesn't do things by halves!" Rustic chic—these two words perfectly sum up the Brenner's dining room. The beams, the wood, the fine materials... You slip into a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with perfectly balanced background music—present enough to create ambiance, yet discreet enough to allow for conversation. The setting is refined, without unnecessary pretension. The service reflects the ambiance: warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. You're guided with real advice, not the kind of recommendations recited automatically. You can feel the pride of the establishment in its cuisine, and it shows. Located in the heart of Little Venice, a stone's throw from the canals that give Colmar its magic, the Brenner boasts a dream location for anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the Alsatian spirit. On the plate, it's a declaration of love for regional cuisine: a braised pork knuckle to die for. And there you have it! Time for dessert—a truly magnificent Black Forest cake and a chestnut tart that perfectly round off the meal. My only regret? That this wonderful moment didn't last longer. Winstub Brenner is going to become one of my favorite spots—I'll definitely be back when I'm in Colmar.

Each dish was a work of art in itself – perfectly balanced, creatively composed, and presented with meticulous attention to detail.
