June 14, 2026. Back for a long, restorative stay, as usual, in this superb Abondance Valley. Old habits die hard: an espresso is a must to start another good day, and tomorrow will be another one. By the way, have you spotted the nannies admiring the scenery—and the customers seated at tables on the sunny terrace? 2025. An excellent espresso in the morning on the terrace and off we go! Another sunny day ahead. See you tomorrow!

We came for a drink on August 18th and our son was rude and disrespectful to the waitress. We sincerely apologize.

We had beers after a via ferrata; they have superb local beers. And I've never seen such detailed explanations of each beer in a PMU (betting shop). The waitress was very helpful and friendly; it was a real pleasure!

Beautiful terrace on the village square opposite the covered market. Close to the abbey and the riverside path along the Dranse.

Great village café, where we received a very warm welcome and a great atmosphere.

This place is always so pleasant. Welcoming staff. We'll be back.
