A peaceful, subdued atmosphere greets you upon entering the restaurant. The chef prepares the dishes right in front of you as soon as you're seated at the counter. The ingredients are fresh, prepared with care and speed.
The dining room is small but welcoming, and the service is excellent.
The sushi is delicious, I'm a little less convinced by the maki, and it's best to go there when you're not too hungry because everything is delicious. The sesame ice cream is a winner.
The service is efficient but really not at all flexible (it's impossible to replace the miso soup on the menu with rice or a small salad, or anything else if you don't like it).
A real favorite ❤️
Everything is perfect at Yamamoto restaurant: the incredibly friendly welcome, the freshness of the ingredients, the cuisine prepared right in front of you with a precision and respect for taste that you'll find almost nowhere else. It's refined, delicate, and authentic. A unique address in the center of Paris!
