This restaurant is a gem 😇 My tuna tartare was simply divine, subtly complemented and beautifully presented. The ingredients are locally sourced, seasonal, and carefully selected. The average price-to-performance ratio means one shouldn't expect fine dining, but it would seem logical to clearly inform customers about dietary restrictions and the recommended dosage of hot spices. The labeling of the origins of all meats is not immediately obvious to consumers.

It was a bit noisy, and the menu didn't mention that some dishes contained chili peppers.
