20/09/2024: My recent experience at the Ginza restaurant, located Rue Daguerre, was simply exceptional. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by attentive and smiling staff, which immediately put the evening under the best auspices. The restaurant setting is both cozy and elegant, offering a perfect atmosphere for a dinner alone or with friends. The decoration, sober and refined, perfectly reflects the Japanese spirit. As for the cuisine, it is a real culinary journey. The dishes are prepared with remarkable precision and finesse. I particularly appreciated the freshness of the ingredients and the careful presentation of the dishes. The sushi was tender and tasty, while the sashimi was of impeccable quality. The menu also offers a variety of hot dishes, each as delicious as the next. The service was impeccable throughout the meal, with waiters available and attentive, ready to answer all our questions and advise us on the best choices from the menu. In summary, the Ginza restaurant is an essential address for all lovers of Japanese cuisine in Paris. The quality of the dishes, the warm welcome and the pleasant atmosphere make it a place where you want to return again and again. I highly recommend!
