You Sushi sur Pau

The sushi is super fresh and delicious, and they have some really crazy fusion combinations. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

I highly recommend it; the products are of excellent quality. So many options, it'll blow your mind. I would describe the meals as comforting and sure to please lovers of Japanese food. Every time I eat there, I overeat... it's so good. Go there!

Ordered via Uber Eats, so I don't have an opinion on the location. I ordered the California Passion platter, a mix of 18 California rolls that were just okay, rather rubbery, but reasonably priced at €16.50. I wouldn't say it was amazing or exceptional, so I'm a little confused by the reviews. With this, I had a bowl of edamame that I didn't enjoy; it had no flavor, making it expensive at €5.50. I also ordered the pistachio mochi ice cream, which was very good, but at €3.80 each, it quickly becomes pricey, especially considering a pack of two is €6. Since I was alone, I wasn't going to order more than necessary. The sauce is extra, as are the baguettes. In short, it's not bad for a Sunday evening, but I'm not sure I'd recommend it.

I wanted to leave a review for Calvin You Sushi Pau and You Sushi Jean Mermoz. Honestly, an excellent experience. The service is impeccable, with very professional staff from start to finish. You can tell they know what they're doing and are committed to doing a good job. Special mention to the team at Jean Mermoz who even let me make a phone call from the restaurant—proof of their professionalism and dedication to service. They are truly attentive and patient with customers, which is becoming rare these days. And beyond the quality of the food (which is definitely there), their welcome is simply exceptional. I highly recommend it!

We're regulars. We come here with friends to celebrate holidays and other occasions. The food is excellent and the waiters are friendly. The prices are very reasonable and the interior is beautiful. I definitely recommend it.

Passing through Pau, we went there on a Sunday evening because it was practically the only restaurant open. We had a wonderful meal and the service was lovely, so... we went back the next day! The menu is very creative, the ingredients are high quality, and the addition of local ingredients like trout makes all the difference. A big thank you to Baptiste for his kindness and all his thoughtful touches!
