Perfect! From start to finish! The rooms were extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. They were very well-equipped (fridge, complimentary water, kettle with coffee bags, creamer, tea, sugar, and Canderel). The staff was attentive, responsive, and efficient. I can't give the food a star rating as we didn't eat there, but I have no doubt it was on par with everything else. The valet parking service was also much appreciated. The staff was excellent as well.

I would have loved to say I loved it. The place is sublime, my waiter was very good, and the food was fine. But when you order a Caesar salad that arrives without chicken, and the waiter acknowledges his mistake, brings the chicken afterward (which was very good, by the way), but then at the till you're charged an extra 8 euros for the chicken—yes, the chicken that was supposed to be in the salad (it's written on the menu)—and the staff just say "we're sorry" without even offering to offer a free coffee, I'm sorry, it really sticks in my craw. Nothing major in itself, but this is one of the most beautiful (and expensive) establishments on the Croisette. I'd be happy to give it a better look next time.

The atmosphere was festive and friendly, a special shout-out to the bartender (named Lucas) who made us wonderful homemade cocktails that I loved!

Great time! I came for the raclette, which I'd already tried a few months ago, but unfortunately it was unavailable due to the weather. We also had an excellent beef carpaccio and a steak. Here's an old photo of the raclette to whet your appetite.
