Great restaurant, really very good

A friendly Japanese restaurant serving simple but good food. A good place to eat if you're in the area.

I ordered the tonkatsu and salted salmon as a set meal for an additional 6 euros each. All menu items can be made into a set with rice, miso soup, and pickles for an additional 6 euros. The tonkatsu was average and not up to the standard I'd eat in Japan, but it was still satisfying enough for me, as I'd been missing Japanese food. However, I was a little disappointed that there weren't many side vegetables and that no dressing was provided for the vegetables. The salted salmon was of higher quality than I expected! The aroma of charcoal-grilled salmon, the gentle saltiness, and the juicy, fatty salmon...I never thought I'd be able to eat something like this in France. The rice was on the soft side, and the miso soup was a classic style similar to red miso, with two small pieces of tofu and a little wakame seaweed. There is also a washroom on the downstairs floor. The restaurant is decorated with Japanese books and other items, creating an atmosphere not too different from a regular Japanese set meal restaurant. My heart and body were warmed.

The dishes are simple yet full of authentic flavor, bringing a sense of nostalgia and warmth that’s rare to find outside Japan. The karaage (Japanese fried chicken) here is the highlight — perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, seasoned just right. It captures the essence of homemade Japanese cooking. The restaurant itself has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, with attentive service that makes you feel at home. A must-visit spot in Paris for anyone craving genuine Japanese comfort food.

One of the nicest chicken teriyaki I’ve ever had!!!

Cute, authentic Japanese restaurant with friendly service. A little pricey, but the cold tempura noodles are worth the trip.
