My second time at this Italian restaurant in Paris. Delicious fresh pasta and good service. Fair price.

A very nice restaurant, run by Denis, who knows his way around service. The menu is small and everything is made fresh. I go there regularly with my son and husband on Saturdays, or with colleagues during the week. Denis manages a helpful, friendly, and dynamic team. And the icing on the cake is that he knows his wine. A place I highly recommend.

Their food is absolutely delicious, and people don't know about it. We ordered pizza, fettuccine pasta with chicken, truffle potatoes, and tiramisu. Honestly, everything was amazing! 🇦🇪

The restaurant is much more elegant and cleaner since the change in management. I've been a regular since 2018; the menu has changed significantly, and the food is delicious. However, I do find it inconvenient that they don't automatically bring water to the table; I have to ask for it every time.

Very good! Balram's service gets a 10/10! We shared the main courses without any problem! I recommend the burrata and the fried calamari, along with a good quality house wine! The dessert was amazing!!! The tiramisu with strawberries!!!

05/03/2026: The waiter is very personable and likeable, very efficient and interested in his customers. I’ve been to Salento 3 times now, and always have a pleasant experience. Now the food is of course what brings me back here, I love the sausage and cream pasta. It’s sophisticated, tastes like it’s a cream mixes with Wine which perfectly meshes with a sausage. It’s close to perfection for me. And that is why I give it a 5 star review.
