11/08/2023: Very good time this evening at the Palio during our only evening in Bourg-en-Bresse. We were able to take a seat on the terrace with our dog and particularly enjoyed the Mojito and the lasagna accompanied by a salad seasoned with walnut oil. We recommend !

29/02/2024: Came one evening because recommended by a friend. Correct welcome by the waitress, although some unpacking between the two waitresses; one dressed in a suit and the other in a hooded sweatshirt. Extremely expensive price for a ridiculous quantity, expensive meat and the sauce is not even included so you have to add 3€ to a meat paid 25-27€. More than disappointing salad with a vinaigrette that doesn't have one. Only balsamic vinegar. The waitress, dressed in a suit, took no note of the order and ended up with our meat being cooked incorrectly. 80€ for food that isn't worth it. At this price you can treat yourself to a semi-gourmet restaurant a few steps away on the same street. Or for less money and 10x better go to the extreme!

21/08/2023: A table in a flowery and shaded arch, the owner immediately brings us a welcome drink, everything started well Unfortunately the chips given with the glass in question had a funny taste and at the bottom of the basket one of them was covered with mold and another contained an old shriveled FRIES!!!! _Remark to the boss who in response produces a sneer (HIHIHI) _ During this month of August there is no buffet therefore menu or card _ I take the menu while my guests take the menus and chose fried ravioli as a starter: a plate arrives containing shapeless, more or less charred things, fried for a long time, a long time, then frozen, and finally put in the microwave _ As a main course, pan-fried scallops with inedible bamboo shoots, terrible taste _ My other guests were moderately satisfied with the service in question (one hour of waiting between the starter and the main course) and the taste of the food was mediocre or no taste at all _ An hour later my son, present at the table, had stomach pains and had to regurgitate the entire meal _the toilets of the establishment (men and women) were in a lamentable state this Wednesday August 16, 2023

16/08/2023: Arrêt lors d’un passage road trip moto…on nous accueille en nous demandant si c’est pour boire un verre ou manger…. On répond que c’est pour manger une crêpe sucrée… on nous répond que cela n’est pas possible par manque de personnel ???? Bon ok ben on demande à boire un verre ….on nous répond que c’est pas possible et que l’on nous pourra nous servir qu’un menu complet ????? Ok ok chercher l’erreur ????? Pitoyable…….amie motard passé votre chemin

22/04/2024: I didn't go there for a long time because the quality and generosity of the portions, particularly the vegetables, had become laughable. I was pleasantly surprised when I returned there this Friday, the waiter managed to remain calm and kind and gave clear explanations despite the execrable customer in front of me and I was served rather quickly. Sandwich level is what we expect from a subway ;)

02/11/2023: We came there for the first time on a Saturday evening without booking but we were only 2 people and early in the evening. The service and food were good and the welcome was very friendly.

22/10/2023: Pleasant interior and exterior setting. Smiling staff. Very good meaty chicken breasts. Reasonable prices.

09/02/2024: Mediocre entree and dessert buffet, we would say it was there for 2 days, dry salad, little choice, empty salad bowl. There is talk of the cleanliness of the premises which needs to be reviewed. The very strong lady all in black with pliers who spanked the (service) finally who followed her colleague without caring, was unpleasant, courage to her colleagues. we were about to leave it was almost he was waiting next to us to clean the table. Comparing 5 years ago in terms of quality and price is mediocre. I still prefer crescendo. Good continuation.
