31/07/2024: We only ate so I don't know about the hotel. As for the restaurant: Great service! Very nice and friendly. Delicious snails for an appetizer. The steak was too thin, so it was tough (it was supposed to be medium), and 1/5 of it was cartilage. Vegetables for the steak were over-fried - soft and tasteless. Dessert - choko lavacake - cool and tasted as if it was bought in a supermarket. Espresso hmm .. little coffee, lots of water. We probably won't come back.

27/08/2024: Tout était simplement PARFAIT. Les plats très bons..l'ensemble du personnel était au petit soins..Cela faisait très longtemps que je n"etait pas tombée sur un resto aussi bien, un régal et tout ça dans un cadre magnifique (la vue, l'ambiance, la musique etc..) et en plus à un prix plus que raisonnable.. Merci à toute l'équipe et bonne fin de saison!

31/08/2024: Great evening with family (3 children). The dishes were great, everyone enjoyed it. Sausages, pulled pork and remoulade everything was good. The service is very responsive and very pleasant. The atmosphere is pleasant, light music, Olympics on TV, surrounded by other families and groups of friends without feeling suffocated. The children's play area is close enough to supervise your children between meals.
Thank you for this beautiful evening which allowed us to end our summer vacation in style. See you soon.

14/12/2024: Beautiful area of Paris where there are so many restaurants, large and small, filling our stomachs with pleasure because they are very hungry after miles of walking in the capital.
So quite by chance, I entered this very nice little restaurant for the first time and there, I enjoyed a vegetarian pancake with a salad and lentils. A very healthy and succulent lunch, all accompanied by jasmine tea (maybe the tea water could have been hotter but, well, it's not too serious).
In any case, good pastries too and good, simple dishes are waiting for you to devour!

08/09/2024: This is the second time we've eaten at your place, the first time was good but the second (last night) was very disappointing! not a hint of atmosphere not even a little music, the duck breast was overcooked, we were not given a paper card so we can't see the prices because a 10 cl digestive at 10€ is excessive, it's not a cocktail if I had known the price I would not have taken it.
Verdict too expensive for what it is.
13/08/2024: I had already come for lunch at Camp Romain in Toulaud and I have just come to confirm the good impression I had the first time:
Welcome and service always at the top
And excellent food
Rush to the Roman camp via Toutates, you will eat very well there.

18/09/2024: I've been sitting here for almost an hour. I asked the waitress for butter 15 minutes ago and I'm still waiting. The service is terribly slow, the waitress is distracted. The food is ok, but it tasted bitter because of the very poor service.😕

The plates are generous (salmon tartare and wok). No more room for dessert.

03/12/2024: In general it is passable, d'Udo between 4 and 3 stars. The waiter was very unfriendly and dry and the food was a little weak, especially the onion soup. The place is good, the bathrooms a little disappointing

At the table: cutlery and glasses not very clean.
Aperitif: no problem
Arrival of ordered dishes:
- flam ok
- 2 roestis in Munster: only 1 given since at 7:45 p.m. no more Munster. For now, order another flam.
All these dishes not bad but nothing more.
Addition: a first ticket of €88.10 which we pay but after checking it is not our table. For this reason, a new addition of €89.20 which is indeed ours. €1.10 difference to our disadvantage. Given the incidents during the meal we thought he was going to give it to us as a gift but no, we had to sort it out otherwise it was out of his pocket (his own words)
We came in 2022 and made this restaurant our canteen and we will not return there again.

12/12/2024: ...as usual, the Flemish carbonade is super good...
10/12/2024: The staff are welcoming and helpful, a real positive point in this establishment. However, the beer offering leaves something to be desired. During my visit, no craft beer was offered on tap, and apart from a can of La Débaume, the choice remained very limited.
The establishment seems to focus mainly on Belgian beers, but even these were not all available, which is unfortunate. There are too few beers from other countries, which takes away from the diversity and character of a true "academy".
In a context where micro-breweries and craft beers are booming, this establishment seems to be lagging behind. Two beers mentioned on the menu were also unavailable, adding to my disappointment.
The Beer Academy should seriously consider modernizing its menu and opening its horizons to meet the expectations of fans. An evolution is necessary so as not to sink into oblivion.
