I never thought this possible but they simply refused to serve me……Order placed in click and collect at 7:30 p.m. time scheduled around 7:45 p.m., I arrive at 7:46 p.m. give my name and I am told that they don't have my order that there must have been a computer problem, of course let's admit that it happens, so I ask for my order to be redone and then they tell me that no, they won't do my order. Apparently we can't write down my order on paper or even simply retype it on the cash register to cash it, no, it's impossible, yet other customers arrived and called and they were kind enough to take their order. I kindly insisted by asking what we could do and in response I got "we can't make your 2 pizzas too bad" it's 9:30 p.m. and I still don't know the valid reason why we have refused to prepare 2 pizzas for me knowing that at no time was there a delivery offer or even a long delay; they just insisted several times that they would not make my order

24/08/2024: Exceptionnel, rien à redire, le service, la qualité du repas, le cadre et l'ambiance chaleureuse. Tout était parfait, nous avons passé un excellent moment.

15/07/2024: Une découverte gustative. C’est à l’occasion d’un déplacement que nous nous sommes restaurés dans cette chapelle majestueuse. Nous avons pu découvrir tout au long de notre dîner en cinq étapes une cuisine sublimées par un Chef talentueux. Le sommelier est incroyablement efficace par ces choix en parfaite harmonie avec le défilé des mets impeccablement exécutés. Un moment magique dans un cadre qu’il est tout autant avec un personnel de haut niveau. Merci pour ce partage et ce moment qui restera exceptionnel. Nul doute que je serais enchanté de revenir de nouveau.

The reception was done with the manager who huffed because we hadn't reserved but took us when... between the late order and the serving of the dishes we waited 1 hour. As a result, the meats were overcooked and dry.... the waiters were overwhelmed.... after having lost a lot of time and as we still had a way to go home.... no dessert, too bad for them... ... very disappointing for a chain restaurant.

I place an order, but have to repeat what I want 7 times because the saleswoman doesn't hear (or listen). She asks a colleague to serve me, he is not polite, not smiling and cold. I pay, and go upstairs. The stairs are in no way practical, too small and narrow. An unpleasant noise, the tables were almost all dirty, but ONE clean, I'm going to sit there, the seat of the chair was sticky, so I changed chairs. The taste is not present, it is barely edible... it is frozen. End of my meal, I go to the toilet…. It was dirty. In short, to flee.

30/08/2024: My father hospitalized in Montluçon, I live in the Var, I came one August evening to this restaurant to please him by offering him his favorite dish which is the Stuffed Crab, there was none, so I I settled on a Chinese omelette! Response from the boss: you can't do it yourself! I explain to her that I am from the Var very kindly etc... she kicks out my 14 year old daughter and me... my father died the night that followed... I won't say anything about the cooking, but you should be ashamed of yourself for doing so like this...

16/07/2024: The secret of the restaurant is the woman who serves. She creates the atmosphere and is very helpful, although you have to love that. The food is nice, traditional, but not very much. We were still hungry after dessert. For a menu of 26 euros you expect more than four shrimps. Shame.

I'm not the type to complain, but when I see this cafeteria it's enough to pull my hair out, in the 2000s when I came flunch to be attracted by these choices, 20 years later when I see the choices on the menu and that nothing has changed, I find it sad that in 20 years nothing has changed but for now. Today we eat cardboard, last time I ordered a steak unfortunately it was as hard as the table, I will send my dentist bill to flunch, the only positive point was the pancakes which were well stocked, it brought people to four o'clock, but today it is closed at 4 o'clock, in the evening, not many people, but I can understand given the welcome there is and what we are served. Flunch Montluçon is going straight into the wall and it won't get better by closing the four hours. Run away!!!
