Les meilleurs restaurants en Vichy

22/09/2024: Came this Sunday September 22 for the first time and last time in this business. Poorly maintained and dirty places in the majority of spaces. Concerning the traders, the products are very expensive for a fairly poor quality, for example: melons at the end of their life at the entrance to the store, unripe avocados at €2 each, carre d'Aurillac at €22/ Kg (it's shameful) and we have doubts about the fish which had a very strong smell and was surely spoiled. We obviously do not recommend this place.

10/09/2024: Very beautiful setting, very large, good atmosphere, for food whatever, cold meats, cheese maker, butcher's shop, correct prices. On the other hand, fruits and vegetables in the middle of the season, for example French tomatoes, are overpriced, an aberration so I did without them and went elsewhere "as they say"

21/09/2024: Very friendly welcome and service, with bowl for our dog. Fish of the day and small fry, delicious. All on a terrace on the banks of the Allier. Great!

12/09/2024: My visit to this restaurant left a lot to be desired. From the start the service was poor. Although we specified that all dishes would be shared, we were not even provided with extra plates, which was both inconvenient and inconvenient. We started with a salad, quite acceptable. However, the real problem came with the main courses. The meat and mussels were served at the same time, making the experience even more confusing as it was difficult to enjoy both dishes properly. The meat was, without a doubt, the biggest disappointment of the evening. It was so hard that it was almost impossible to chew, and it was completely tasteless. We had to add some sauce to give it some flavor which made us regret ordering it. As for the mussels, although the flavor was okay, they were extremely small, almost as if they were another variety, which reduced the quality of the dish. To top it off, most of the preparations were accompanied by cheese, which, although it may please some, in this case only served to mask the lack of quality, and was difficult to digest. Finally, the house red wine was just terrible. Of a quality comparable to that of a cooking wine, it was also served hot, which is unacceptable in a restaurant worthy of the name.

22/09/2024: Excellent welcome. We had a great time after the board game festival. Well presented and excellent dishes. Adapted suggestions. A friendly team in a friendly place. I highly recommend

19/11/2024: The small brasserie, the corner bistro, increasingly rare. And the waiters and waitresses as we find more. Truly unmissable. When we return to Vichy, we will definitely come back there.

11/11/2024: Unique place for an early morning breakfast. Very pleasant and warm.

06/01/2025: Trop bon. Les galettes sont excellentes. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette brasserie qui propose une carte alléchante.

05/01/2025: La serveuse n'est pas agréable du tout. On a attendu 25 minutes, la dame servait tout le monde sauf moi et ma fille. En plus, elle a ajouté que si elle veut on peut attendre encore plus longtemps. Très déçue du service et d'accueil.

27/10/2023: Je n'ai pas l'habitude de rédiger des avis comme ça, mais là j'ai été grandement dégoûté. À notre passage à Vichy ma copine et moi (sous un orage) avons décidé d'y passer la nuit pour nous arrêter. Nous avons appelé votre l'établissement pour des renseignements (si vous preniez les animaux), et votre employé nous a confirmé que vous les acceptiez. Donc nous avons pris une chambre pour passer la nuit via Booking. Après avoir mis notre voiture dans un parking payant souterrain, nous sommes tombés devant le gérant qui nous a jeté dehors sous la pluie, en nous montrant son affiche comme quoi ils n'acceptent pas les animaux. Il n'a même pas voulu négocier pour la chambre que nous venions de payer, il nous a juste mis dehors. Aucune possibilité de remboursement de la part de Booking, il nous demande de passer par l'hôtel pour un remboursement. J'ai envoyé des mails je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Je ne conseille cet établissement à PERSONNE !!!

15/10/2023: Nous sommes descendu ma fille et moi deux nuits à cet hôtel dans des conditions très difficiles suite à un décès dans notre famille et le personnel de l'hôtel c'est montré d'une grande gentillesse et très conciliant. Initialement nous ne devions séjourner qu'une nuit, suite aux grèves SNCF, nous avons avancé notre venu la veille à 22h et l'établissement a prit en compte avec beaucoup de bienveillance notre demande malgré notre appel tardif et de dernière minute. Notre accueil a ete très chaleureux et c'est vraiment agréable d'avoir toujours quelqu'un sur place pour nous accueillir malgré une arrivée tardive. Au niveau de l'hôtel il a été récemment rénové avec beaucoup de goût, la chambre etait spacieuse avec des rangements, pas de difficultés phonique, très bonne literie et l'hygiène irréprochable. La salle de bain est elle resté dans son jus mais néanmoins très propre et fonctionnelle. L'emplacement proche du centre ville et des sources est également a mentionné car très appréciable et donne facilement accès à toutes les commodités. L'accès depuis la gare est très facile. ( à peine 10min de marche). Merci encore pour votre accueil 🙏 et nous aurons un grand plaisir à redescendre dans votre établissement. Ps: ma fille a découvert les pastilles de Vichy grâce à vous, on a été obligé d'en acheter avant notre départ 😅

29/08/2024: very good and good quantities! not unpleasant service but “rushed” for no apparent reason. the place is not particularly pretty but not ugly either. the bill is not very clear, written by hand and the prices did not correspond to those indicated on the menu. Prices however reasonable for excellent food, I recommend.

13/08/2024: incredible cuisine, I feel like I'm coming back to Lebanon in just a few bites. a real treat, very warm family atmosphere. perfect quality and quantity. Thank you for your culinary sharing!

27/07/2024: Heerlijk eten, je krijgt veel waar voor je geld. Vriendelijke bediening. Thee en desserts werd gratis erbij geleverd.

24/07/2024: sans doute le meilleur couscous et tajine que j'ai jamais mangé ; le cadre te fait également voyager et honnêtement rapport qualité prix loin d 'être le profit des commerces de vichy au bord de l 'eau ....bref très belle adresse!

03/08/2024: A dinner of exceptional flavor! I ate such delicious food! The tomato mozzarella salad: the best mozzarella of my life (although I'm not a fan of the basics). It was melt-in-your-mouth, tasty, the tomatoes at the perfect temperature, the plate was generous and the sanitation was perfect, everything was there! The strawberry cup for dessert was the best ever (better than the ones from my garden!) Melt in the mouth, dark red, naturally sweet, room temperature, no acidity, excellent quality! I enjoyed myself and congratulations for the brilliant service, for agreeing to make me a plate of charcuterie of my choice and serving it late! The flowery and intimate terrace is very pretty! A gem of an address! I recommend 1000%!
