13/08/2026: Decent food, decent service, pleasant atmosphere. Final verdict: Not exceptional.

02/08/2026: A little disappointed with the service. Furthermore, when we asked to have the goat cheese removed from half of a pizza for my pregnant sister, I was told the person in the kitchen was too tired to do it. Aside from that, we ate well; the pizzas were good. A little more of a smile from some of the servers would have been a nice touch.

02/09/2026: Exceptional staff, truly helpful and offered great advice. The room was a bit small but functional. Good value for money.

14/08/2026: So disappointed... we booked a room with a terrace... confirmed twice... and yet... we arrive at the door. And then the big question: they tell you you're being moved... even though everything is paid for... what a disgrace! I can confirm... we had no choice but to take a standard room... since we were being moved... shame on you for not acknowledging this...

24/09/2026: A fantastic restaurant for a delicious break in Vichy. We had a wonderful time; both the food and drinks were excellent. And the desserts were generous! The staff was very friendly, and the view was lovely. A wonderful place that I highly recommend!

27/08/2026: A few weeks ago, I made a reservation for this evening. Today, I received a request via email and text message asking if I wanted to confirm my reservation. We did so properly. When we arrived at the restaurant—through the rain—everything was dark and the restaurant was closed.

26/07/2026: I came last night for the sixth time since it opened, and I have to admit I was disappointed. I hope it was just an off night. Regarding the service: there were a lot of delays, even though it was the 9:30 pm seating. Most of the tables were finishing their meals, and after an hour we only received the appetizer. There were two mistakes with our order, and no bread was brought (which is a shame for a bakery restaurant, especially considering the amazing quality of their bread). The servers didn't even come by our table, so we gave up. As for the food: the portions were much smaller than before, the same size for an appetizer and a main course, even though the price was double. The menu wasn't as bakery-focused as it used to be, which I found disappointing, and the presentation of the dishes wasn't as polished. I remember the first time we went, we were blown away and won over by the concept, so I hope this isn't the end!

28/09/2026: I've been a customer at this restaurant for years. I came one weekend and they told me they were full, even though the restaurant was empty. All because I had made a reservation and didn't show up. I even called to apologize, but they wouldn't listen. I think this is the last time I'll go back, even though I was all alone.

13/09/2026: The food was excellent and plentiful, and the welcome and service were perfect. We will definitely return on our next visit to this beautiful region.

09/08/2026: We arrived at 8 pm. There was no one in the dining room, and no one on the terrace as they didn't have air conditioning. We sat on the terrace, and the owner took a long time to take our order, making us feel like we were bothering her. Fortunately, the dishes we ordered were excellent. You can go there for the food, but not for the service.

08/08/2026: Honestly, not great, and what's more, you order a vodka and you get lychee... and not everything on the menu is available... frankly, I don't recommend it.

08/08/2026: The crepes are delicious and well-filled, both sweet and savory. We especially loved the lemon crepe, truly excellent! The ingredients are top-quality. The place is small and cozy, and the owner is very kind and made us feel at home. Prices are reasonable, excellent value.

31/07/2026: Good crêperie in the Passage Clémenceau. Note that they don't accept credit cards. It's best to book in advance, I think.

06/09/2026: The food is very good, and you can really taste and see how fresh it is! The dishes served are high quality and delicious! In addition, the staff is very welcoming. Very satisfied!

03/09/2026: We were charmed by this restaurant. The all-you-can-eat option with quality ingredients... we thoroughly enjoyed it. The only downside was the slightly long wait between orders. But if you take your time... you'll have a very pleasant experience and the staff is very friendly.

02/10/2026: I love coming back to this "alternative" café regularly...always a pleasure, always a warm welcome in this unique space...However, some people don't know the ropes at all, so this place isn't for them...You have to appreciate music from around the world, food from around the world, and accept the slightly rustic feel of the place...you have to appreciate originality, but with a huge positive side nonetheless...best of luck to the owner who also works alone...

09/09/2026: The idea was enticing when a family member, a Vichy resident for many years, told us about this unusual café. What a time we spent in this café! Awful. You'll barely arrive before you're greeted according to their mood. Probably sometimes appalling, sometimes downright detestable. There's not much space inside. But that's not so bad in itself, given that it's supposed to be a boutique café. But if you arrive in a group, they'll make it very clear that there's little room, and that you shouldn't take up too much space. You should have seen the group of women who came in after us. They politely told us to get lost. You'll get hot chocolates from elsewhere... which are nothing special. And of course, don't even think about ordering anything other than children's chocolate for your kids, even if their tastes are quite broad... they'll quickly put you in your place. Don't forget to turn off the bathroom light! This gentleman will aggressively tell you to. Yeah, right... nobody ever forgets to turn off the light. At the same time, you're entering a dirty, dusty, dark den when you come to this café. Are you a FAMILY with CHILDREN? Run away!! My son had the misfortune of approaching the door and touching his, apparently, very, very precious Michelin/Tartanpion and I-don't-know-what decorations (apparently given away to just about anyone). This charming gentleman rushed at my child and told him, very aggressively, not to touch the stickers. I told my child not to touch anything and that this gentleman was awful. My son, after a while, went back to look out the window. The man, who is quite tall, with a very determined stride, turned his attention to my son (who hadn't touched anything—I'm one of those mothers who's constantly afraid their children will be a nuisance) and yelled at him like an adult. There were eight of us at the table. We were all shocked. As was the couple behind us. You can imagine that the hot chocolate was no longer going down well. That staying there was out of the question. That our friend from Vichy decided, outraged, that she would never set foot in the place again. And that I preferred to flee with my son, who had curled up in a corner, crying silently. There you have it, sir. I hope you read this comment. I waited several months before writing it, hoping my motherly fury would subside. And it hasn't. Retire, pass the torch, stick to importing your products... but please, leave this bar. When you work in the food and hospitality industry, you do it properly. And next time you behave like this with someone's children, know that not all parents will put up with it as much as we did.

20/09/2026: Pretty bad! We arrived with 14 people for drinks. We only wanted to push two tables together so we could all sit with the kids, and... our little mission was very disruptive... what a shame! Didn't care about our bill? We left. Go next door, it's much nicer! And more welcoming!!!

20/09/2026: Terrible service. Appalling welcome, impossible to push two tables together even though there were 15 of us... And there was nobody there! I absolutely do not recommend it!
