30/01/2026: A superb address in the heart of Vichy. Modern, gourmet, and generous cuisine. An absolutely fantastic wine cellar, perfect for both connoisseurs and casual wine lovers. We had a wonderful time with friends; what a delight!

10/03/2026: Having come to discover the "Brasserie des Artistes" (Artists' Brasserie), on the advice of the 2026 edition of the Routard guide, we were surprised to find the "Bouillon des Artistes." It had nothing to do with what the Routard guide described, nor with the Maps reviews. In fact, the restaurant has only been a bouillon for less than two years. A bouillon usually means simple, unpretentious everyday cuisine. In short, we were a little disappointed. The setting is beautiful and the service very friendly, but the food itself was quite mediocre. Oh well. It's fine for those looking for an inexpensive bouillon. I've included photos from Maps that no longer correspond to the current restaurant. These are the menu from the old "Brasserie des Artistes." Be careful.

17/02/2026: My sons and I went there last night. Absolutely perfect. The service was fantastic. The gentleman was incredibly friendly; he even went upstairs to show us where the bathroom door was because my son was worried he wouldn't find it. He gave him two balloons from the Valentine's Day decorations because he saw my son looking at them and came over several times to ask if everything was alright. The food was perfect too. We had the hamburgers, which were excellent and very filling, and the homemade fries (so rare to find in a restaurant), which were also excellent. It's a shame we're not from the area; we would have come back regularly. I highly recommend it! Thank you again.

07/03/2026: A tall waiter who takes orders without taking notes, unable to remember our orders, we had to wait 20 minutes to pay only to end up paying for orders we hadn't even ordered, and on top of that, the waiter was extremely unpleasant.

06/10/2025: A wonderful time at the Mirage! During a spa stay in Vichy, we had lunch on the terrace of this restaurant located on the banks of the Allier in the middle of the Parc Napoléon III. When we arrived, the terrace seemed full, but there was still a little space available, and we were able to have lunch without a reservation. Umbrellas protected us from the sun, but the restaurant doesn't open when it rains. Surprisingly, the molded plastic seats proved comfortable. The service was efficient; I had an irresistible craving for pizza, and I wasn't disappointed. My partner enjoyed the beef carpaccio. For those who enjoy a game, the establishment also offers mini-golf.

30/03/2026: Absolutely fantastic! It was so convenient to eat at my table without having to get up, and the service was top-notch. Sushi/skewers/meats! Special mention for the tuna, which was absolutely delicious!

23/03/2026: Cozy cafe and nice products. One major drawback: a blue-paned window in the restroom that looks directly behind the counter! Yes, the owner can see you on the toilet! This raises some questions ❓️ Major red flag! It seems that in 15 years, we're the first to complain about this... We've reported it to the local police.

01/03/2026: The food was excellent; we went twice and it was perfect both times. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the fondue and pizzas were superb! The ingredients were very good, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting.

23/02/2026: A wonderful discovery! Isa is a wonderful host: A warm welcome, exquisite cuisine, and we were even lucky enough to have a pianist. I highly recommend it for those looking for a bit of life rather than a sterile atmosphere! (Personally, I found the setting romantic, but to each their own.) All the best to both Isas! Séverine

21/03/2026: What a shame, what a disappointment! Not up to the price or the reputation!!! Twice in a row, while visiting the store, the food wasn't fresh, not even from that day...! But the price reflects the fresh, daily offerings! And while the shop closes at 7 pm, the employees are putting everything away at 6:30 pm. You get the impression you're bothering them; the vacuum cleaner and mop are used at the same time the customer is supposed to still be there... but no.

09/03/2026: We came with my grandchildren for afternoon tea; a pleasant moment, friendly staff.

02/10/2025: Apparently there's a change of ownership. Burnt fries, terrible service, no one comes to take their order. I prefer the old restaurant 1,000 times better.

23/09/2025: Very nice place, I highly recommend it. The service is excellent! It really makes you want to go back, friendly and warm atmosphere. If you want a good kebab, it is clearly the best in Vichy.
