29/09/2026: Passing through Vichy once a year, I always return with pleasure to Mona Lisa. The welcome is always so warm and friendly. The homemade cuisine is generous, delicious, and original. The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend it and will be back next year. And I've already returned twice this year with great pleasure. The high quality of the ingredients is still there, as are the smiles and kindness of the staff. I'll be back again next year. Go without hesitation.

12/09/2026: A very pleasant restaurant, the waitress was absolutely lovely, warm, friendly, and attentive. The meal was very generous and the ingredients were of excellent quality (a small mixed appetizer platter, a small mushroom platter, and a medium Saint-Nectaire cheese platter) – it was truly delicious. As the neighborhood is rather overrun with street food, Mona Lisa offers a nice, high-quality option that really raises the bar. I highly recommend it.

16/07/2026: The experience begins with dirty cutlery... What a shame, the decor is nice... Tasteless, mass-produced food; you have to ask for everything: salt, pepper, ice cubes... You have to ask for the wine to be presented to you because the servers don't do it themselves. The manager intervenes to minimize the damage, saying, "Hello Ms. TransGourmet, we certainly have no shortage of industrial restaurants in Vichy!" The disregard for service is palpable both inside and outside the plate :( A lunch break that I hoped would be very pleasant and relaxing turned into a real ordeal. It's an easy job when you love it. I never recommend industrial restaurants. Good luck, Morny, culinary perfection isn't found at your establishment!

19/09/2026: Walk-ins were treated like royalty. The pizzas were delicious, as was the dessert. The waiter was pleasant, friendly, and attentive. He didn't try to upsell us. I highly recommend it. We'll be back.

07/09/2026: We rented a small apartment just a few steps away and were advised to eat there. What a treat! Very generous portions, very thin crust, and different sizes available. We appreciated the friendly atmosphere, the kindness of the servers, and their smiles. A special mention for Elias who took the time to chat with us. We had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this pizzeria.

25/09/2026: Products presented as fresh when they're all frozen... Even the staff assured me they were fresh... Misrepresentation... No baker or pastry chef, just an oven. Avoid at all costs. Go to a good, artisanal bakery.

29/08/2026: A brasserie with a calm atmosphere and a jazz background; the food is very good, as is the value for money. I highly recommend the duck breast and its sauce, which enhances it!

28/08/2026: Excellent food. A quiet little spot with a terrace, and we weren't bothered by cars.

19/09/2026: I had dinner there with my partner. The staff were friendly and gave us good recommendations. The service was quick. The local beer was excellent. We each ordered a portion of the Brasero (grilled ribeye steak, homemade fries, and chef's sauce). The bill came to €20 per portion. What we received: a piece of ribeye steak, a small portion of fries with mustard and mayonnaise from a packet, and several slices of bread. The meat wasn't bad, but it was underseasoned. The plate was completely bare (not even a lettuce leaf). The bread also raised questions about the presentation: it was dry and had no homemade sauce to accompany it. You don't really need bread to enjoy the chef's sauce. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the meal, and I left still hungry. Verdict: For €20, it was disappointing. I recommend this establishment for its bar, drinks, and atmosphere, but not for its food.

17/09/2026: Dinner before catching my train to Paris. Friendly and attentive welcome. Delicious grilled steak (ribeye). Marbled meat. Excellent cooking. Efficient service! €20 Pure bliss.
