Chatting with them is a pleasure, and honestly, I've never seen such a friendly and close-knit team working together to make it happen as these two wonderful people that my friends and I met tonight. 05/10/2026: ⭐ 1 star because we can't give 0. Absolutely avoid! Honestly, a disaster from start to finish. We've been to this McDonald's several times and we almost never get a decent order at the Drive-Thru: missing items, order errors… but today, it reached a new low. We arrive at the Drive-Thru: no one is taking orders at the kiosk. Cars are crammed together, we're packed in like sardines, horns are blaring everywhere… no organization whatsoever. After a while, I finally move forward and reach the payment kiosk. They finally take my order anyway. And then, surprise: they ask me to go back to the entire line from the beginning! The result: almost an hour in the Drive-Thru to order a few meals. An hour! At no point do we feel any organization or any desire to find a solution for the customer. They simply waste our time. Appalling service, nonexistent organization, and a disastrous customer experience. That's it for us. The worst McDonald's in the Alpes-Maritimes department we've ever been to. Avoid at all costs!

04/09/2026: For a bakery by the sea, and with the prices to match, you'd expect your coffee in a normal mug, not a cardboard cup like at McDonald's. At least at McDonald's they have a real coffee machine.

15/10/2026: Very disappointed with the Shio Ramen. The portion is really small and the broth is far too salty. For €13.40, there's only one slice of pork, and it's not even enough to feel full. The value for money is really poor. It's expensive for what it is. I don't recommend it. Shio Ramen

06/09/2026: The fried rice was dry and greasy. The spring rolls tasted like stale, overused oil. The staff wrongly added an extra portion that wasn't ordered, which had to be paid for at the register. Poor quality. Definitely not worth the 5 stars some reviews suggest.

17/08/2026: Avoid at all costs! The home delivery took almost 3 hours, and that wasn't even the worst part. The spring rolls had no flavor whatsoever, the sauce that was supposed to be slightly spicy tasted like strawberry candy, the spring rolls were rubbery and tasteless with no mint, and the chicken colonel dish (I can't remember which) was supposedly spicy but tasted like strawberry candy and was incredibly sweet! I rarely leave negative reviews, but this is truly disgusting. Almost €70 down the drain, a scandal!

12/09/2026: Two tourists, my boyfriend and I. We went to dinner there in August and were seated at a table right next to another couple. Throughout the entire meal, this couple made fun of us (we were speaking Italian, they were speaking French): first with thinly veiled remarks, then with increasingly unpleasant comments. The waiters walked between our tables and therefore understood perfectly what they were saying. The homophobic remarks became more and more offensive, until this couple went so far as to take our picture. The worst part was when the man took a langoustine from his plate, placed it on my boyfriend's cheek, mocking him and making faces. Not a single waiter reacted. At that point, I went to complain to the waiters and the owner, who immediately tried to hush up the matter by offering to move us to another table. When I told him it was the other couple who needed to be moved, since they were the ones harassing us, he insisted we be the ones to change seats. It was a shameful scene, and we were asked to pay the entire bill. The food was good, and we would have liked to have enjoyed it. But this place is absolutely not recommended because of its values ​​and its complete lack of customer service.

When we complained, the owner simply offered to move us to another table, refusing to move the couple responsible. The food was good, but that's not enough to compensate for such a lack of respect and consideration for customers. A deeply disappointing experience, and an establishment we absolutely do not recommend.

I'm willing to believe that the war in Ukraine and Covid have driven up prices, but I think the real problem is the blatant rip-off of customers, which has increased by 400%. Keep in mind, shopkeepers, that there are also average French people on vacation who just want to treat themselves... I'm not going to wish you ill, but understand that we, average French people, regret our choice to come to your establishment. PS: Update your menu, because if we had seen your menu with the prices you were offering, we would have gone somewhere else.

23/07/2026: I love this chain, having been to many Joe and the Juice locations in Paris and London. I've been to this one three times in the last three days, and as someone who works in sales, I don't understand how it's possible to treat customers like that, with such insane nonchalance. Out of three orders and several different employees, only one was kind and welcoming (unfortunately, I don't have her name, but thank you to her). The others were awful for no reason. The sandwiches are great, the drinks too, but paying to feel unwelcome is insane. It's a real shame because it's a fantastic chain, but the staff reflects the brand image, and being served haphazardly, asking for cardboard to pack your sandwiches and getting a dirty look in response is just unacceptable. I sincerely understand that working in sales is hard, especially in the summer and when it's busy, so I completely understand that you can't be smiling and cheerful all the time, that's perfectly fine. But being rude to polite people, I don't understand that.
