23/05/2024: A slightly out of the way restaurant... typical Provencal atmosphere... a refined menu with 0 km products but what surprised me most was the courtesy of the staff... even more than one person spoke Italian... wonderful! But above all I was struck by the attention to detail
We ate excellent smoked salmon, duck breast, pea cream soup and finally crème brûlé to die for! Super recommended!
29/04/2024: Perfect dishes, with crazy flavours, if you want to try French cuisine a stone's throw from Nice I recommend it! A very high quality-price ratio for the area.

30/11/2023: Hello, regarding the catering: Wednesday the service very very good (AAA.).
Thursday: on the principle that a large table arrives: well 40 minutes between the starter and the main course and I'm still OK..
The person providing the service humbly apologized. But if there are too many people at your lunch service, I assure you that restaurants on the Gaude are open….
