08/07/2026: A delightful experience. Worthy of a Michelin star. An exceptional setting, refined and soothing decor. The air conditioning was just right. All the staff were extremely kind, competent, attentive, and caring. High-quality, fresh dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. A place to discover and rediscover. Highly recommended.

26/06/2026: As always, it was near perfect. A refined atmosphere, exceptional service, and perfectly cooked swordfish. The photo is simply proof of our visit.

29/06/2026: We booked this restaurant for my grandfather's birthday, a longtime Niçois and regular at this institution! The dry stone walls and shaded pergola are still there... But it seems Solange & Colette are a distant memory. The zucchini blossom fritters were reimagined as super greasy grated fritters, the mini stuffed vegetables were unpretentious, and what can I say about the ravioli stew sauce that looked like it came from Metro! The birthday cake was a rather bland strawberry cake made of sponge and whipped cream. It might pass muster for tourists, but not for locals... We got the feeling they were trying to "pretend" with lower-quality ingredients. Apart from the young, energetic, and smiling waitress, the welcome was cold, like something out of a "Mourré de Tolà" restaurant, and not very customer-oriented. A dinner for seven... three bottles of wine, one of Champagne, the bill arrived very quickly, no question of a complimentary Limoncello or coffee! Thank you, goodbye, and forever :)

26/06/2026: I ate at La Guinguette Gaudoise for Father's Day and it was a wonderful discovery. The menu was exceptional: it almost felt like stepping back in time, as the cuisine was so reminiscent of our ancestors' cooking, with authentic flavors and a true local identity. If you're looking for generous, high-quality, traditional regional cuisine—a rarity these days—all at a very reasonable price, this is the perfect place. In addition to the delicious food, the staff is very efficient and welcoming, and the setting has an almost bucolic charm that adds to the overall appeal. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
