04/03/2024: Feels like a tourist trap and we didn’t feel welcome at all - food is ok but overpriced and very limited choices and border line rude and definitely slow service in a weird setting… Only « real » and very old school restaurant in this charming village, which could explain why they are so overrated! Best to go to Breuil or Valberg… Nice village to visit but save your time and money!

13/01/2024: On December 31 we found this restaurant by chance, the others nearby were full. As luck would have it, we had a great time! The restaurant doesn't look like much inside, it's not modern decor, but the further you go, the warmer it is and you feel good there! Sitting at the table, with two children, we were lent a booster seat for the littlest one, which was perfect. As a starter, special menu for 12/31: chickpea soup with homemade ham and homemade sausage (it was the chef himself who told me no without a proud look - there's something to be said for it) a generous portion and it was really really good!!! My friends had the homemade terrine which was good too. For the main course I chose a cockerel accompanied by homemade fries (really homemade). Super good too. We were very well received by this couple who run the restaurant. The lady has a difficult smile, but you can see that she is nice all the same. 😉 That’s just how it is. As I left, I took a look in the kitchen which is remarkably clean! Well done, thank you and happy new year! If we're still around, we'll come back!
