11/08/2026: No complaints about the sandwiches; I'm a regular and never disappointed. However, the atmosphere is a real problem. I went there today, and the manager (I assume) was alone and extremely unpleasant. He barely offered a forced greeting, not even a polite smile (which is quite appalling when the job is literally about customer relations...). This man made me not want to go in or return. It's a shame, because the rest of the staff are friendly and smiling.

05/08/2026: The meaning of service? Never heard of it. The staff are incredibly unpleasant; you definitely get the impression you're bothering them. Absolutely avoid this place.
