31/08/2026: 1. I ordered fries (large), not full, and less full than a medium fries! Same for the McFlurry, €4.20 for something half full! 2. Tonight, I got takeout, the drink container wasn't properly closed, I tried to take the drink out of the bag, and EVERYTHING spilled! I couldn't salvage anything! It's so disappointing to spend money on something and not get your money's worth. Why charge for things if they can't at least present the product properly?! Ugh

16/09/2026: I really liked Bagelstein at first, especially the concept, which was truly centered on the bagel. That was precisely what gave it its charm and identity. What I find unfortunate now is the addition of fries. For some time now, the smell of frying has been incredibly strong. Even several meters before arriving at the restaurant, you can already smell the oil and frying, and once inside, it's even more pronounced. Personally, I find this smell extremely unpleasant, to the point that it completely puts me off eating there. It's a shame, because I really liked the concept originally. I think it would be good to find a solution to limit this frying smell, because it's really, really overpowering and unfortunately overshadows the experience.

13/09/2026: I ordered a Deliveroo. We wanted to try the MasterChef burger, and we were expecting a decent-sized burger with more ingredients, given the price. €13, what a disappointment! The steak was overcooked, there weren't many ingredients—a real rip-off. We might as well stick with the Whopper. Their chili cheeses are always overcooked. Like all fast-food chains, prices are going up and quality is going down.

06/09/2026: I don't think it's normal, and it shouldn't happen, but paying 4.20 for a large gourmet milkshake and not even getting half a cup is unbelievable.

The person taking the order deliberately tried to let a car full of young people go ahead of me, but I took the liberty of going directly to her and asking for an explanation. As a result, my order, which arrived at my home, is incorrect. How can an employee get away with stealing from customers like that!

Rude and unprofessional front desk team especially the morning shift 2 ladies Maria and Gada impolite missing all hospitality manners... Asked several times to speak to front desk manager.... 22/09/2026: Purchase of a large order of fries, a nagi bao burger, and 6 chicken chunks this Tuesday at 6:30 PM at McDonald's Erstein, total €16.20. Few customers, but enough staff to do the job properly. The photo shows the fries as they came out of the bag when I got home. How can they put this in a bag and serve it to a customer?

02/10/2026: We always come at times when there's no one around, my daughter often makes friends, and the staff are very pleasant!
