29/03/2026: The worst mac i have ever been , the food is dertier than your mum This McDonalds restaurant was the worst I have ever been to. Starting from the food, while the staff were preparing my order, a staff member was preparing it with bare hands and not giving any attention to hygiene rules or so. My order was given wrong, I ordered 3 burgers and receieved only two, and the staff member didnt even care about my order or my satisfaction. Bad atmosphere, bad hygiene, dirty restrooms and overall a disgusting experience. Never again, I tottaly DO NOT recommend you going there. As a reminder, I am from Greece and went there during a school trip!

29/03/2026: It took an hour to receive our order (2 large fries, 2 drinks, 1 coffee, and some small donuts...). There were only five people serving, even though it was busy: they really need to rethink their organization! It's a disaster... Employees just stare at you without doing anything. Luckily, a young man finally agreed to serve me after I asked for a refund (it took him 10 minutes...). And the restrooms are in a deplorable state... This McDonald's is truly shameful, it makes me want to vomit.

19/03/2026: Hello, I've been experiencing the same problems when I go to the drive-thru for quite some time now. Orders are prepared very slowly, and yet again this evening there were no cars in front of me, or even behind me, and things seemed to be going smoothly inside. Every time, it's a long wait... a very long wait before being served and receiving the order. And don't even get me started on when the drive-thru is busy... it's a disaster, in addition to the frequent errors in the orders.

17/03/2026: Too many orders filled incorrectly, multiple drive-thru pickups, and often missing items. It's organized theft. Items paid for but never delivered—it's outrageous. No compensation whatsoever. The staff changes almost daily; it's understandable why, and management continues down this path, neglecting its customers. Seriously, I once waited 10 minutes at the drive-thru kiosk. There was no one in front of me, and a line of people behind me. I decided to move forward, and to my surprise, I had to wait another 30 minutes for the next line of cars to pass because I was outside the ordering process… the intern taking the order was in the restroom for 10 minutes? Wasn't there even a manager at that moment? Was he in the restroom too? Bring on the Burger King! 🙂

23/03/2026: Very disappointed, and it's not the first time. The app didn't work at either the table or the kiosk. No one was able to find a solution. A wasted wait, a waste of time, and on top of that, it was cold. Goodbye.

11/03/2026: I placed an order on Deliveroo for McDonald's Hoenheim, and after a 1.5-hour wait, the delivery driver only brought the drinks and ice cream. He left without me being able to tell him. I called McDonald's, and they said it was Deliveroo's fault, claiming the driver must have made a mistake. But I'm convinced it was McDonald's that made the error because the missing items are clearly visible on the bag's label. So, McDonald's customer service is useless, and Deliveroo is useless. After 10 complaints, 5 messages, and a promise of a refund, I'm still waiting. So, McDonald's Hoenheim and Deliveroo are finished. We'll go to Burger King with the kids. Keep my 40 euros.

12/12/2025: Takeout order. The children's three toys and the Stranger Things glass were missing! This is very unfortunate. It's impossible to reach them by phone; it just goes to voicemail. In short, a disappointment.

10/12/2025: My order took forever to arrive, I honestly don't understand the service. Don't go there if you're hungry, it's so slow! On top of that, they forgot my nuggets and when I told them, they said I'd have to wait. Seriously incompetent there, and the portion size is stingy, frankly.

18/04/2026: The atmosphere was peaceful, and we were served quickly. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

05/04/2026: I came this month with my children. We placed a large order and nothing was forgotten. We were served quickly despite the rush. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing to complain about, it was great.

31/01/2026: A great place that I recommend. We had a fantastic meal, and it was quick. The steak was excellent and the fries were simply delicious. I don't regret stopping there at all.

08/01/2026: forget about Burger King this a great burger very tasty, and a good selection of beers. 2 burgers and beer for €38 great value.
