12/12/2025: Takeout order. The children's three toys and the Stranger Things glass were missing! This is very unfortunate. It's impossible to reach them by phone; it just goes to voicemail. In short, a disappointment.
10/12/2025: My order took forever to arrive, I honestly don't understand the service. Don't go there if you're hungry, it's so slow! On top of that, they forgot my nuggets and when I told them, they said I'd have to wait. Seriously incompetent there, and the portion size is stingy, frankly.

01/11/2024: I am disappointed with this bar apart from the fact that we waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken and that we waited 10 minutes to receive it (a diabolo and a beer) one of the waitresses spilled the lemonade on the jacket from my girlfriend and didn't even apologize.

We ordered a burrito, a "salad," and nachos on Deliveroo.
- First of all, the salad: a big joke, if not false advertising! I'm attaching a photo of the salad Fresh Burritos advertises on its website vs. the salad I received 😉
A disgrace. The salad is supposed to be in a crispy wheat tortilla, nothing. €10.50 for a cheap little salad that I would have preferred to make myself.
- The burrito: once the packaging is removed, the sauce leaks and drips everywhere, and the burrito is cold! We have to eat it on a plate, with cutlery (ciao Mexico 👋).
- Nachos: €3.50 a bag with 10 ridiculous chips, and of course the sauces were miraculously omitted 🤷
To top it all off, the restaurant is unreachable. Yet another franchise hiding behind a broken hotline.

Personale disorganizzato ai massimi livelli, un esempio: cibo già pronto ma messo sui vassoi a diventare freddo, anche se si chiede di consegnarlo (scontrino alla mano) non me lo ho hanno dato, e così a decine di clienti in fila con me. Gente che aspettava da 45 minuti, altri che hanno perso l'inizio del film (c'è un cinema lì a fianco). Ad un certo punto ho pensato di essere in una candid camera... alla domanda perché fossero così disorganizzati, la responsabile ha risposto che l'organizzazione del lavoro non le compete. Locale sporco, bagni luridi. Un consiglio (già dato a voce): cambiate mestiere
22/12/2024: Ok on va chez McDo on s’attend pas à grand chose mais il y a des minima syndicaux: celui de la rapidité et du respect du client. Or, dans ces deux disciplines ce Mcdonald est d’une nullité qui confine à la mauvaise blague. Plus d’une demi heure d’attente pour recevoir sa commande alors que le McDo est vide, des employés qui préfèrent se marrer entre eux en laissant les clients poireauter ou laisser les commandes s’accumuler sur le plateau de préparation … bref, nul !

14/09/2024: I noticed a big difference between the McDonald's in Italy and those in France. In Italy, everything is well maintained, there are lots of staff and the service is really fast. In France, it's quite the opposite: few employees, waste on the floor and frankly mediocre service. We have the impression that the employees are not motivated at all. And what's more, the quality of the food is really disappointing.
Too bad we can't rate it at 0 stars

29/08/2024: I am a very big fan of their hamburgers but this is the 3rd time I have ordered and my steak is not cooked even though I asked for it to be cooked to medium-rare plus the hamburgers arrive frozen due to the fact that it is middle of the cans cold and dripping with their condensation I noticed for some time that the quality of the products was no longer there disappointed I will no longer repeat the experience

Je ne me souvient plus quand j'ai mangé une aussi mauvaise viande .
J'en ai laisser 3/4 dans l'assiette .
11/05/2024: Nous avons très bien et un service de qualité très professionnel qui est rare dans les chaînes de restaurants merci à Thibault D pour sa bon humeur ce qui a contribué à ce que nous passons un bon moments

06/05/2024: Blah, very blah! Order at the terminal (dirty) but cashed without problem, waiting for almost 20 minutes without any attention from the 2 people on duty only to be told that the terminal did not send the order (I'm daydreaming!) Zero excuses, why since it’s paid! Both the person in the kitchen and the person at the counter touch the food and the cleaning cloth (which remains on the counter) with their bare hands. Installed outside among cigarette butts on a table....dirty. Forced to clean up ourselves! In short, the disaster.... dirty, no service and the burgers are really tasteless... the vitell was very good! Extremely disappointed with the whole thing. Farewell
04/05/2024: We usually stop at this restaurant on the road to vacation and we were satisfied with the value for money and the speed.
This time we waited in line for at least 20 minutes because of a terminal at the entrance: what is it for? To cause this queue because it is complicated to place the order on a robot which does not provide directions to take a vegetarian menu
The salad was not good and the falafels tasted like bleach
We will not come back again because the experience was very disappointing.
A word of advice: remove these robots because we need exchanges and relationships when we stop for lunch in Honfleur!

25/07/2024: Restaurant, à fuir…
J’ai pris deux menus maxi Big Mac à emporter avec deux jus D’orange.
La belle surprise, arrivé chez Moi. Le jus d’orange était quasiment de l’eau.
J’ai tout de suite téléphoné à une responsable du McDonald’s et elle m’a dit de repasser le lendemain. Ce que j’ai fait est arrivé là-bas ils me disent qu’ils sont en rupture de jus d’orange et qu’il y a aucun moyen de s’arranger à par repasser 50 fois.
J’ai payé pour deux jus d’orange et c’était de l’eau et il ne trouve aucun moyen d’arrangement. Ils sont très antipathiques avec le client et ne fais rien pour trouver un arrangement correct je trouve ça à la limite de l’arnaque.
06/05/2024: Super accueil rapidité beau sourire en général du staff rien a dire j’ai adorer et j’ai était super bien servie moi et ma familles.
