31/03/2024: A little nugget in the Meinau district of Strasbourg. Refined and succulent cuisine. The restaurants in the city center of Strasbourg do not come close to this taste gem. And the place is super pretty. Congratulations to the chef, the boss and the whole team.

29/03/2024: The waitress asked us if we wanted chips or salad with the hamburger, as if they were included in the price, but no, they were excluded, and they cost 5 euros per portion... She brought us two portions even though we ordered one. But she was still very kind. The food is great, the music is great and it's decorated well.
If it weren't for the "mistake" in the order, it would be a full 5 stars, a really nice place.

12/05/2024: Absolutely incredible hospitality from EVERYONE in the property! Hats off Fatya, Julie, Marc, Johan, Shamil and Claire! Thank you so much for taking wonderful care of all of us - from the room upgrade to all your tips and for just being so amazingly helpful! Everyone was always such a pleasure to talk to with wonderful positive energy! We shall DEFINITELY be back!! And send other friends as well 😀
12/05/2024: We stayed here for three nights and the staff were exemplary. The location is fabulous. Very quiet but in the heart of Petite France. Great walking distance to the sights. We would definitely stay again.

12/12/2023: I came on the day of the barathon last October with friends. It was good at the price and I also ate, I had a hot dog with fries the hot dog was very good the appearance was less present, the fries were good. The slash Mango which was available on tap was a surprise, this beer which stands out is always a pleasure. The atmosphere is there and the roulette game makes the bar attractive.

Order at the terminal (dirty) but cashed without problem, waiting for almost 20 minutes without any attention from the 2 people on duty only to be told that the terminal did not send the order (I'm daydreaming!) Zero excuses, why since it’s paid! Both the person in the kitchen and the person at the counter touch the food and the cleaning cloth (which remains on the counter) with their bare hands. Installed outside among cigarette butts on a table....dirty. Forced to clean up ourselves! In short, the disaster.... dirty, no service and the burgers are really tasteless... the vitell was very good! Extremely disappointed with the whole thing. Farewell
04/05/2024: We usually stop at this restaurant on the road to vacation and we were satisfied with the value for money and the speed.
This time we waited in line for at least 20 minutes because of a terminal at the entrance: what is it for? To cause this queue because it is complicated to place the order on a robot which does not provide directions to take a vegetarian menu
The salad was not good and the falafels tasted like bleach
We will not come back again because the experience was very disappointing.
A word of advice: remove these robots because we need exchanges and relationships when we stop for lunch in Honfleur!

29/03/2024: The Eden Food restaurant a few meters away is 5 stars compared to Mac Do
24/03/2024: The reception leaves something to be desired, you clearly pissed him off! Ok we're not in a 5 star...but for 46€ a bit anyway...the hygiene and the disgusting dry cold menus...hair not tied up or kept in a net except (the manager) the girls don't do it anymore mouth and the beautiful ones no glove no hand washing. the toilets we don't talk about it no products to wash your hands. And it's not for lack of being pushed around. There wasn't a dog for a Saturday evening! I don't understand why there hasn't yet been a hygiene service in this McDonald's. Ashamed !!!
Frankly, I don't recommend it.

I order 1 veggie burger and my companion orders 2 bacon burger
can you explain to me your logic behind replacing a vegetarian burger with a bacon burger?? 💀
the least we could do would be to contact the customer to find out what they want/what they eat in the event of a product being out of stock (or at least mark it as out of stock on deliveroo...)
in short a burger that was not consumed since I don't eat meat

Poor atmosphere, cleaning also not very well, tables were dis balanced. Waste of money.
17/03/2024: Fills you up and doesn't taste bad, but it's not particularly tasty in any way. Is okay. Service is friendly. Priced okay.

I order a tea, I am given a cup of hot water in which I put my jasmine tea bag and as I drink it I realize that the cup has a trace of lipstick 💋… I bring it all back to the counter and the waiter apologizes and transfers the contents of the salty cup into a clean one!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣 “here you go Madam, with our apologies”…. I'll let you form your opinion, for my part, it's done. Little message for Managers: train your teams in minimum hygiene rules, that’s the basis.

05/04/2024: I had to wait 35 minutes to finally hear that the burger I ordered was no longer available... It was replaced by another less expensive burger and my order arrived incomplete.... A total lack of organization
04/04/2024: Various things to mention here.
You will wait about 30 minutes to get your order, even though there's a queue of about 4 people.
The staff seem to handle burger patties with no gloves, or any washing in between switching stations. I saw a staff member grab a burger pattie with his hands and then go to talk to customers, and touch the machines and counters, and go back to touching the food.
The floor is very very dirty, I have been there countless times, and not once I found the floor clean.
The food once served is cold, and loses all its flavors.
Very disappointing experience, every single time I go there to grab a quick bite.
