Unpleasant comments toward customers...
We waited 40 minutes for our food, only to be told: "There's no more left..." with no sympathetic apology! Just saying "Don't cry, it's nonsense." What a disgrace...
I don't blame the young waitress who's starting out, and I wish her a lot of courage in working with this kind of person.....hello, the training provided.....
I reiterate my dissatisfaction at the checkout. We still paid €100 for two, and no one was any wiser. They told me there was another Buffalo Grill in the area and that next time I'd have to go there...no further comment.....

22/01/2026: Wow! Unbelievable! I've been going to McDonald's for almost 40 years and I've never had such a disastrous experience. The toilets were in a deplorable state, reeking of urine and sewage. We had to try five different tables to find a clean one. There were 20 people in the restaurant and it took over 20 minutes to get our order. It arrived, of course, cold, the fries weren't salted, and four sandwiches, all the sauces, and a box of nuggets were missing... that's a lot for four people. We complained, and the farce continued. First delivery: three packets of salt completely soaked in grease! Second: three sandwiches, one of which wasn't even part of the order! Third delivery, finally complete... all of this dragged on for over 30 minutes, of course. Shameful!
21/01/2026: One star because it's impossible to give zero. The drive-thru service was appalling: I placed an order last week (1 meal + 1 McFlurry), and when I got home, there was no ice cream in my bag. No problem, mistakes happen.
Today: I went to the drive-thru again and explained that I'd forgotten it last week. With my receipt as proof, I asked for the ice cream that I'd paid for but hadn't received. The server told me I hadn't followed the procedure. I explained that it was late, the drive-thru was about to close, and that I'd kept the receipt as proof. The manager called and was condescending, offering no apology or suggestions, just saying it was "the procedure." I calmly and politely replied that I'd never had any problems before, but I'd like them to check my receipt number to explain why my ice cream was missing. She didn't want to elaborate and wished me a good evening. Just to remind you, if the procedure had been followed, my order would have been complete. Today, sauces were missing from my order. Unacceptable. This is definitely the last time I will order from your establishment.
