23/10/2026: We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday. Our waiter, Baptiste, was very friendly and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
23/10/2026: What a disappointment! I was expecting a nice piece of red meat, but alas, the rare steak I ordered was tough, very tough! Some of the edges were frankly inedible. In short, I left almost half of it!
Furthermore, I know potatoes have become expensive, but still... fifteen fries on a plate is hardly anything.
When it came time to clear our plates, the waitress asked if we had enjoyed our meal, and I expressed my dissatisfaction.
When we paid, the waitress said she had passed on my comments and apologized. I thanked her, telling her it wasn't her fault.
I should point out that the service was very good, and the staff were friendly, kind, and professional.
However, I don't think I'll be returning to Buffalo Grill anytime soon.

15/10/2026: Hello, I have a question. I ordered two set meals and a bag of chicken tenders, and when I asked for mayonnaise because there wasn't any in the bag, the person gave me two sauces. I asked again if it would be possible to have a little more since I had two set meals.
And I was told that sauces are normally extra.
So I would like to know if it's true that mayonnaise isn't included in your set meals, and that if you want mayonnaise, you have to pay extra.
Because basically, I wasn't even entitled to mayonnaise with an order of two set meals and a bag of chicken tenders.
Otherwise, the meal was good, except for the chicken tenders being undercooked.
11/10/2026: I like KFC with my daughter, but this one is really good; it's quiet and the people are friendly.

07/10/2026: The €16.50 set menu is a real diet meal: a piece of beef that's shrunk considerably amidst a tiny handful of fries, accompanied by a single, truly minuscule roll and a cookie for dessert, which has also lost a significant amount of diameter, as has the accompanying scoop of ice cream. All this in a very frosty atmosphere between the waitresses who seem to be giving each other the cold shoulder. What a shame, it used to be so much better...

23/05/2026: I called the restaurant at 8:32 PM to ask if we could come for dinner, specifying that we could be there in 5 minutes. A woman with a passive-aggressive tone told us they don't take anyone after 8:30 PM—unheard of in the restaurant industry. Clearly, this is a place that doesn't need customers.

18/10/2026: Very disappointed with my visit tonight.
I ordered a Double Cheese Bacon, which is more expensive than the regular Double Cheese. Logically, I expected a real difference... especially in the amount of bacon.
But when I opened my burger, what a surprise: just one tiny slice of bacon, lost somewhere in the middle of the burger.
At this point, it's not really a Double Cheese Bacon anymore; it's a Double Cheese with a free sample of bacon as decoration.
I find it particularly disappointing to pay more for a product that's supposed to contain bacon and practically have to search for it with a magnifying glass. I can understand a one-off mistake, but still... just one slice, seriously?
If you're going to offer a Double Cheese Bacon that's more expensive than the regular one, at least make sure there's enough bacon so the customer can see they actually ordered the Bacon version.
In short, a real disappointment for a burger that, on paper, promised something much more substantial.
07/10/2026: I don't usually leave negative reviews, but seriously, I ordered 20 nuggets at the drive-thru, and they forgot the sauces. It's not the first time they've done this to me. It might seem like a small oversight, but eating 20 nuggets without sauce ruins the whole experience.

29/08/2026: We were caught off guard when it came to ordering catering for a cocktail reception for my mother's funeral, and the Flunch catering option more than met our needs. The order was placed at the last minute, it was ready on time, beautifully presented, and of high quality. Everyone was delighted. Thank you so much!
