13/02/2026: Tenders menu for two, today at 7 pm. Very quick service, but the bucket of tenders arrived cold; they had clearly been cooked long before we ordered. The fries, however, arrived hot. Disappointing, and several tables were dirty even though the restaurant wasn't full. The restrooms were also dirty.

25/01/2026: I wanted to leave this review after seeing several negative comments regarding the staff's friendliness.
Personally, every time I visit Poulaillon Rixheim, I receive a very warm welcome. The products are high quality, the team is friendly, attentive, and always does its best to satisfy customers.
I think it's important to remember that everyone can have a bad day, and that this doesn't call into question the competence or quality of the service provided. One isolated incident shouldn't define the work of an entire team.
In any case, my experience has always been positive, and I will continue to shop with pleasure.

03/01/2026: The hotel is in a convenient location just outside Colmar, with an easy drive into town. For the price, it’s reasonable value, although the property does feel a bit tired in places. Service can be inconsistent and seems to depend on which staff member you deal with. On-site parking is free and there are plenty of spaces available. There is also an on-site restaurant serving tasty local dishes.
22/10/2025: Good location in out of town retail park with only fast food restaurant/dining choices in walking distance but it maybe possible to eat in the hotel restaurant.Rooms are typical chain hotel with tired bathroom. Very good breakfast & large car park. Fuel station nearby. Added bonus dogs are allowed for a small additional cost

05/09/2024: Visit to the drive on the evening of 09/04/2024. I came across a pleasant and professional young man, nothing was missing in my order and it was hot! Best McDonald's in Haut-Rhin without hesitation and the prices are more reasonable than those in Colmar or Sélestat, I recommend this address.

Dirty restaurant to find a clean table good luck, kitchen level these no better questions cleanliness and the sandwiches are also served cold so clearly I strongly advise against it.
Ps: when will the hygiene service come?

25/01/2026: We arrived very late, almost at closing time, and were greeted with a smile. The food was fresh and high-quality, and the fries were homemade and excellent. The meat was cooked to perfection.
If I could give six stars, I would! Bravo, Chef!

The music is far too loud.
Furthermore, the card machine doesn't work when trying to pay.
