09/06/2026: The person at the drive-thru either doesn't hear anything or I don't know, and there's not much respect, so it was a bad experience today. At first, I came almost all the time; the drive-thru was always great. The person who was there before, but today... well, here's my experience. I'm not blaming anyone, but if she's in a bad mood or whatever, first of all, she needs to speak properly, and secondly, I'd like it if the other person who was always at the drive-thru window was nice. Thank you, have a good evening.

05/05/2026: From the meal to the dessert, everything was absolutely delicious. I recommend it 200%, and the table service was excellent. The restaurant is spotless.

23/04/2026: It was a real pleasure to be welcomed and served by Valérie! An employee to keep and reward for her professionalism, her smile, her helpfulness, and her kindness. I highly recommend her!

13/02/2026: Nothing on the menu, very long wait, cold

13/02/2026: Tenders menu for two, today at 7 pm. Very quick service, but the bucket of tenders arrived cold; they had clearly been cooked long before we ordered. The fries, however, arrived hot. Disappointing, and several tables were dirty even though the restaurant wasn't full. The restrooms were also dirty.

11/06/2026: I stayed at this establishment for several nights and I must say I received top-quality service. I have absolutely no complaints, nothing to criticize, from the chambermaids to the receptionists and the assistant manager – a fantastic team that I highly recommend. A warm and welcoming team, all within a family-run establishment. I highly recommend this hotel for ROSE, whether for personal or business trips; you won't be disappointed.

07/06/2026: A disaster! Despite requesting it, the room wasn't cleaned, the towels weren't changed, the coffee maker was broken at breakfast, and the restaurant only served flammekueche, which was frozen. On the day of arrival, despite booking two double rooms, only one was available. The bathtub in the bathroom was loose and dirty when I showered. A complete catastrophe, best forgotten as quickly as possible.

21/12/2025: Very pleasant service, fast and excellent. I highly recommend it.

14/06/2026: Friday, June 12, 2026, 6:30 PM: Unpleasant service upon arrival at the drive-thru to place the order. After payment, a 20-minute wait for two meals and one sandwich! The person who served us was disdainful, without a smile, simply saying, "Excuse us for the wait." If she doesn't want to work, she should find another job; others will take her place. We will not be returning; there are other drive-thru options in the Kingersheim area!

04/06/2026: Delicious, inexpensive compared to other bakeries, and a wide variety of choices. They even have small batches of leftovers at low prices, and they're still just as good. The service is pretty good, but I think it depends on who's working. It's just a shame the parking spaces are a bit small.

22/05/2026: Please don't leave the meat in the drawer for an hour, it's not good for us. I don't dare take a picture.

15/05/2026: I received expired nuts and only realized later that the date had passed. Such things should never be sold. On top of that, the staff was extremely unfriendly and not at all helpful. As a customer, you're simply ignored and not taken seriously. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing, and the service was a complete disaster. To charge money for such poor quality is truly embarrassing. I have rarely had such a disappointing experience and would definitely never go there again. Absolutely terrible and not recommended at all.
