20/08/2026: Honestly, I have absolutely no complaints, it was an excellent experience! The chicken was delicious, perfectly crispy, and very flavorful. The portions were generous, and everything was piping hot. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and pleasant, and the service was quick and efficient. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained. It's such a pleasure to find a KFC where everything is top-notch, from ordering to the meal itself. I highly recommend it; it was excellent! I'll definitely be back.

11/06/2026: I stayed at this establishment for several nights and I must say I received top-quality service. I have absolutely no complaints, nothing to criticize, from the chambermaids to the receptionists and the assistant manager – a fantastic team that I highly recommend. A warm and welcoming team, all within a family-run establishment. I highly recommend this hotel for ROSE, whether for personal or business trips; you won't be disappointed.

07/06/2026: A disaster! Despite requesting it, the room wasn't cleaned, the towels weren't changed, the coffee maker was broken at breakfast, and the restaurant only served flammekueche, which was frozen. On the day of arrival, despite booking two double rooms, only one was available. The bathtub in the bathroom was loose and dirty when I showered. A complete catastrophe, best forgotten as quickly as possible.

10/09/2026: Very disappointed with my visit this morning. I bought a bottle of freshly squeezed orange juice. The bottle was served to me open and had leaked. When I pointed this out to the cashier, instead of immediately offering me a new bottle, she went to the back to simply reseal and wipe up the leaky one, then came back to give it to me. I explained that I found this unacceptable and that, given the price of the bottle, I simply wanted a properly sealed and filled bottle. She replied that her supervisor had instructed her to give it to me like that. I told her that it wasn't my problem and that I simply wanted the product I had paid for in good condition. She finally changed the bottle, but in a particularly haughty tone, saying, "Is that all right with you? Is that okay?" It's not so much the fact that there was a problem with the bottle that bothers me, but rather the way the situation was handled and the attitude adopted when a problem was simply pointed out. A minimum of respect and professionalism would have been appreciated.

03/09/2026: I go there regularly and I'm never disappointed. The sandwiches and pastries are good, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the service is fast.

04/09/2026: Absolutely useless, they stole €5.40 from me, give me back the money!

03/09/2026: Orders can no longer be placed at 10:30 PM, so they might as well close at 10:30 PM instead of 11 PM.

17/09/2026: A quick comment: The food is good and the dining room is clean. However, when I went to the restroom, it wasn't very clean... It was around 6:00 PM, so there weren't many people there yet.

12/09/2026: Overall, it's okay, but be careful about hygiene and cleanliness. The tables are dirty, but the staff are very generous, kind, and friendly, though that's not all. Overall, a decent restaurant. Thank you, Burger King.
