11/07/2026: The cleaning lady, on a Saturday at 5:55 PM, was cleaning the restrooms and therefore closed off access to the women's restroom, preventing anyone from looking in the mirror. She told me, "I'm cleaning them," even though she wasn't cleaning them and was talking to a woman who was already inside. This is incredibly unprofessional.

31/08/2026: Quick Blagnac... Disastrous service. 45-minute wait, food almost cold even though there was no one there. Ads everywhere for the Simpson meal and nothing. I've been twice in one month and it's always this disastrous. The staff are as slow as a tortoise, and the hygiene leaves much to be desired. I'll never set foot in this place again. Change your staff. They can't even prepare a complete meal, or if they do, it's cold. It's a disgrace. The hygiene inspectors and others should be doing inspections during mealtimes. It's a disgrace.
31/08/2026: I'm giving zero stars. The service is appalling, there's no fish, and the staff is unpleasant.
After waiting over 30 minutes, we still couldn't order. There was no apology or even a reason from the staff.
I advise you not to spend your money where the service doesn't even consider you a little bit.
After 30 minutes, we finally decided to go to Burger King, who took and processed our order in 5 minutes. I strongly advise against going there.

26/08/2026: Horribly dirty, both inside and in the kitchen, from what I saw. Endless wait, items constantly missing, rats spotted outside, and insects everywhere! The patio was disgusting too, and the service was appalling. Worst McDonald's in France!

06/12/2024: Thanks to the lady in glasses, a little strong, with long, straight hair at the checkout, Who was incensed when I looked at where my order was, and who asked in a low voice to her colleague to give her 3 Chicken's Spicy ( instead of 3 Bacon lover) thinking that I wasn't going to control. Lack of pot, your ingenious little twist, didn't work, because we like spicy. And what’s more, we also left with our 3 lover bacons because I grilled you!! A great meal half free!!!

31/05/2024: Je commande un menu tenders pour une personne et je me retrouve avec un menu box master je n’ai pas le temps de revenir déçu …. Je n’y retournerais pas…
21/05/2024: A 19h le 19/05 : Les burgers n’ont pas de garnitures (salade ,tomate) !!! Les clients ne sont pas prévenus de la rupture de stock avant les commandes… Après réclamation on nous dit « on a ordre de ne pas le signaler » HONTEUX !!

22/02/2024: J’écris ce commentaire à contrecœur… J’ai mangé des tenders à ce restaurant des dizaines et des dizaines de fois à son ouverture, ayant fait découvrir ce lieu a de nombreux amis tout en ventant les mérites et la qualité de ce qui était à l’époque « le meilleur tenders que tu dégusteras dans ta vie ». Service agréable, rapport qualité prix honnête… breeeef le paradis.
Malheureusement la déception des deux dernières visites furent à la hauteur de l’amour que je portais à vos tenders. Prix en hausse (soit) , service à peine correct et grande baisse de qualité en terme de goût. Tenders secs, moins relevé et une viande de poulet qui s’éloigne du standard implanté en 2020…
J’espère repasser un jour et revivre l’expérience que je vivais à l’ouverture afin d’enlever ce triste commentaire.
