31/03/2026: The room was 24 degrees Celsius when I arrived. I had to sleep with the window open, overlooking the boulevard. There was no soap dispenser in the bathroom. Breakfast was a disaster; almost everything was missing. Hygiene was questionable, for example, everyone had to cut their own slice of bread.

30/03/2026: I booked dinner at the restaurant on Sunday, March 29th at 7 pm. When I arrived at the counter, there was a man there. I asked him if the restaurant was open. He replied curtly, without a smile, with utter rudeness and inelegance. I truly don't understand how they could put this type of person in a hotel in the Paris region, where many tourists expect a pleasant and professional welcome and want to project a positive image of the city, but especially of the hotel chain. It's a disgrace! Anyway, he told me it was à la carte and not a buffet, without even looking at me. He didn't even invite me to sit down at a table, which I obviously would have refused, given the reception I received. I left the restaurant; he didn't even say goodbye or anything—unheard of!

02/04/2026: Delivery order and missing items, like many other reviews. Disgusting fries. Received dry, crumbly pieces of fries. What's funny is that reviews from 1, 2, 4, 6 months to a year ago mention these recurring problems at this restaurant, and your only response here is, "We're sorry, contact us by email." So, your responsiveness is certainly good, but still, at some point you have to address the core issue and change the way this restaurant operates, which is giving you a bad reputation, if you don't want to get 1-star Google reviews every time.

01/04/2026: Excellent welcome, fast service, varied menu, quality food. A great place for family meals, get-togethers with friends, or even for organizing birthday parties with colleagues.

01/04/2026: I usually get the chicken and mozzarella stick appetizer and the pastrami club sandwich as a main course. And even going there today, I think this restaurant definitely deserves its 5 stars. I highly recommend it. Plus, they have a wide variety of choices.
