29/04/2026: I stopped by during my lunch break for a meal deal that included a smash burger. The waitress noticed I was pregnant and let me know that the raclette cheese wasn't pasteurized so I could adjust my burger accordingly, which was really thoughtful of her. The back terrace is nice if the inside is too dark, hushed, and noisy for you. I'll definitely be back!

Disgusting fries. Received dry, crumbly pieces of fries.
What's funny is that reviews from 1, 2, 4, 6 months to a year ago mention these recurring problems at this restaurant, and your only response here is, "We're sorry, contact us by email."
So, your responsiveness is certainly good, but still, at some point you have to address the core issue and change the way this restaurant operates, which is giving you a bad reputation, if you don't want to get 1-star Google reviews every time.

01/04/2026: I usually get the chicken and mozzarella stick appetizer and the pastrami club sandwich as a main course. And even going there today, I think this restaurant definitely deserves its 5 stars. I highly recommend it.
Plus, they have a wide variety of choices.

14/03/2026: I recently visited the McDonald's in Puteaux and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and my order was prepared quickly.
But what impressed me most was Anthony's service. It was absolutely perfect, truly flawless. He was very welcoming, polite, smiling, and attentive. You can tell he takes his job seriously and really takes the time to ensure his customers are well taken care of.
Thanks to him, the experience was particularly enjoyable. It's rare to find such professional and friendly service in a fast-food restaurant, and it deserves to be highlighted.
A big thank you to Anthony for his excellent work! I will gladly return!

14/04/2026: A very bad experience; the cashiers were not at all welcoming. My order took a long time to arrive. I had ordered takeout, but they served me on the premises. They didn't even pack my order.
12/04/2026: The order took forever to be served, things were forgotten, when you pointed it out you felt like you were bothering them, and finally, the food was tasteless—all at an unjustified price.
In short, at that price, I'd rather go get a real hot dog in Manhattan.
