05/04/2024: Our server, Sylvie, made us feel so welcome and was so nice and joyful. It as refreshing to see a server so content doing their job. The atmosphere was as it always is; a very warm southern diner vibe. Food was good, however I would have enjoyed more tomato in my burger (as I only got a singular slice). Overall, would go again (and likely will be going as this was not my first time there, and do reccomend it.

23/03/2024: It was my first time here, but guys, the burgers are amazing, at least the vegetarian one 😉. The interior design is also in American style, just eye-catching and beautiful. There is a lot to see and discover. Go there, it will be worth it.

17/03/2024: We spent some time with family. The parking lot is too small to accommodate all customers so 1st come, 1st served. Top notch server. The restaurant is a bit dark...the prices are too high for what we eat.

16/03/2024: Healthy cuisine, with very good meats, a "real" tartare and a homemade dish of the day. Very nice decor, American atmosphere. Family service, fast and attentive. Reasonable price. Always space in one of the 3 car parks, appreciable.

03/04/2024: The first McDonald's I've been around where there's no forgetting. A big congratulations to Aline for her professionalism, I have never seen someone so competent and pleasant in this restaurant chain.

01/04/2024: Deplorable and unacceptable reception by the manager of this franchise. We arrived in the restaurant on Friday March 29, 2024, an evening to have a good time, we were received by a very friendly receptionist who invited us to take a seat. We ask if the offer we received by email from Buffalo Grill headquarters is functional (25% on dishes). The receptionist doesn't really know and goes to look for the franchise manager who arrives and says no, certainly not, I am a franchisee and I do not accept this discount because my establishment is not one of the Buffalo Grill restaurants that opens to this offer, you have to go to Narbonne or Montpellier. We show him that his establishment is part of the offer and he checks and tells me, no no I won't give you the discount. Obviously, the manager is in denial and gets upset when he sees that his restaurant is present in the list of participating restaurants. Given the reception, the bad faith and the false advertising, we decide to leave. The manager of the franchise threatens us by specifying that we are filmed on multiple occasions even though we have never raised our voice and have never threatened the agents or the manager of this franchise. When leaving the restaurant, the manager of the brand even uses his words, I site “I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE C..... BECAUSE I'M A FRANCHISEE AND I DO WHAT I WANT”, not taking into account that above his restaurant, he. “BUFFALO GRILL” was mentioned there. Where are we, among the crazy people where what......... We had come for a good time to unwind from a week of work. I can assure you that with a welcome like this, we are not ready to return to this establishment. We finally went to a brasserie with 3 brewers, and the welcome, the service was impeccable and the dishes were tasty and good. Even if you are the manager of the Buffalo Grill brand, you are not allowed to do whatever you want. Everyone is responsible for their actions!!! It was a perfect example that you showed that evening to your customers and all of your staff.

21/03/2024: We were very disappointed with our visit. Regulars of the chain, It had been a long time since we had eaten at the buffalo in Béziers (opposite Auchan). For the price of the Sheriff Menu, starter, main course, dessert and drink, quesadillas were to cry the fries were overcooked and greasy the oil should have been changed the meat was not cooked properly and the dessert a crème brûlée which should have been served lukewarm was cold.

31/12/2023: Very good place to eat a kebab, the best in the area

13/12/2023: It was good eh but in the morning I woke up with a huge stomach ache, I threw up all the onions from the Greek from the day before, I don't think it was gastro. I advise you to review your storage methods, it's been a long time since I ate at a kebab shop and I know where the exit is. You give kebabs a bad image and are not serious about your job.

02/04/2024: I haven't left a review yet. But yesterday once again incomplete order (3 times in a row). I arrive home (so 20 minutes drive): a golden menu and a best of no fries with sandwiches and two average drinks. The children's Happy Meals were nuggets and fries for both and I ended up with a cheese burger and fries and the other nuggets and potatoes. It’s obvious that I’m not going to drive 20 minutes again! I tried calling to no avail, no answer. Athletes, it’s our only “cheat meal” how can I tell you our disappointment and the disappointment of our children!

28/03/2024: Perfect service, we really feel young people concerned about their positions who want to show us a good time. Small downside, at the time of collection the manager arrived not alone, accompanied by his snot which wanted to escape from his nose... Long live spring (ps: average meal)
