03/08/2026: We wanted to try this "fast food" place despite the numerous negative reviews. For five of us, we paid €90, very expensive for the service and the mediocre fast food. The staff seemed inexperienced and unsupervised, and our table and glasses weren't very clean, raising serious hygiene concerns. We left feeling rather bitter... and determined not to return.

The waitresses were pleasant, but the food was terrible.
We ordered poutine, and despite searching high and low, we couldn't find any sauce. There was just a measly sliver of melted cheese and a few fried onions on top. In short, an exorbitant price for a bowl of frozen fries.
To top it all off, my daughter found a large piece of plastic in her dish. We politely pointed it out to the waitress, who said she would offer a discount. Imagine our surprise when we did the math and realized the discount amounted to only a few measly cents! It's a disgrace! This type of restaurant shouldn't exist. If you're at the Villefontaine outlet village, avoid this place at all costs!

20/04/2026: Easily the best burgers in Bourgoin that I've ever had. The atmosphere is really nice and the dessert is to die for, all at a very reasonable price.

29/07/2026: Honestly, if you go, take your time because every time the wait is a nightmare! Twice I ordered in person, and both times I had to go ask for compensation because the order hadn't arrived after 20 minutes! The worst in the area!

I didn't know a McDonald's could be this disappointing!
I arrived at 8:30 PM for a takeout order.
Being in a hurry, I decided to go inside to get a takeout order. Inside, there was one person waiting for an order for four people, and at the drive-thru, no one. Only the manager seemed concerned.
It took nine minutes to be served my order of a drink and a sandwich. The sandwich arrived cold. The sparkling water was barely fizzed, and there was neither a napkin nor cutlery for my salad in my bag. In short, it's hard to imagine anything worse!
To top it all off, the tables on the outdoor patio were in an unbelievable state. I was afraid of getting dirty sitting on the bench, so I left everything in my bag to eat because the table was so filthy. In short, it took me less time to eat than it did to get my order.
