20 minutes for a CBO order plus fries, resulting in cold fries and a cold burger 🍔
Mid-afternoon, 4:30 PM, very few people!! Avoid at all costs
30/01/2026: For a Friday night at 10 PM, the service is very slow and there aren't enough staff. I think the manager doesn't take his job seriously. So, on top of that, I've been coming for over eight years and every time there are missing items, or the bags aren't properly maintained, the drinks are placed incorrectly so the bag breaks, and on top of that, they don't know how to manage orders.
In short, I'm very disappointed and I don't recommend it.

Limite insultant. Des erreurs dans les commandes récurrentes, un comportement inacceptable du responsable qui accuse un client de vouloir "gratter une commande"

The time before it was the children's games (still good...) the next time 8 patetos are missing! Last order today, order a “small beef” result instead a fish burger, Mac Fleury kitkat + supplement of 40 cents of chocolate, result no chocolate 😡 in short it was the last time!!!!!

01/09/2024: Big tasty looks like nothing and only one towel to wipe up. No soap in the men's toilets.

01/09/2024: 1h d'attente en click and collect servi froid et avec des choses en moins sur la commande.
Donc nous nous sommes déplacer à l'intérieur pour le dire vu que du personnels en moins on s'est permis de nous envoyer baladé et très sèchement.
Le manager nous a dit vous êtes personnes !!! Car on râler. Aucun professionnalisme et pas de respect non plus. Je le déconseille à tous.
Fast food mais pas vraiment et malheureusement pas aimable non plus. Très déçues...

02/09/2024: Quite simply the best kebab in Nantes: homemade spit, homemade bread and fries, and when there's any left, the homemade secret sauce (although I prefer their homemade white sauce). In short, go ahead with your eyes closed, no stomach aches after this kebab. Thanks guys keep it up.

20/07/2024: Bonsoir, une première pour nous, très bon accueil. Nous avions réserver pour 19h30: 2 enfants et 2 adultes.
Service nickel, les plats très très bon, les desserts aussi.
Nous remercions Antoine, serveur du restaurant qui a été très professionnels, à l'écoute, le service très bien.
Pour les prix, ils sont très correct au vu de la qualité des produits, cuissons etc..
Nous sommes rester 1h30 et ça été un vrai plaisir.
Nous reviendrons très prochainement!
