17/07/2024: A burger with 3 flattened steaks with a 33cl San.Pellegrino can, while on the screen it was a 50cl bottle. Sweet potato fries are raw! A Paris Brest style dessert always says on the screen (homemade) to see the label under the pot it's far from being homemade! And all this for the modest sum of €22!!! Soon I will have to tell my company to increase the basket bonus to €30 for eating in Paris!

27/01/2025: When I read some comments I wonder if we ate at the same place! Very very well received, top team, delicious burger and top quality services! No problem related to hygiene, very well presented dish. I recommend and for my part it is the best Big Fernand I have eaten in so far!! I recommend 💯 percent! I will definitely come back 😊

26/01/2025: I was a regular customer of this restaurant and often had the Smash Burger formula for 10 euros. But this time I was extremely disappointed. As I flipped my burger, I noticed a black bit embedded in the bun, looking like dirt or something abnormal. I immediately reported the problem to the waitress, who offered to replace it. However, when the new burger arrived, I noticed those same suspicious spots on the bun again. When asking for an explanation, the waitress simply replied that she didn't know what it was. Faced with this total lack of seriousness in terms of hygiene, I preferred to leave my burger and leave, without even asking for a refund as the service seemed outdated and disinterested. It is obvious that hygiene is not a priority here, and this gives the impression of a purely food operation, with no concern for quality. Good thing I didn't eat that burger, because that kind of carelessness is why you can easily get sick eating out. To top it off, the can that came with the menu was lukewarm, I took it anyway, telling myself that I would refrigerate it at home. In short, I lost 10 euros, but at least I can warn others: eating here could be risky for your health. It was my last visit

14/12/2024: We had the most wonderful stay here! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff are so friendly and helpful they made us feel so welcome straight away. My boyfriend proposed while we were here and they helped him organise flowers and champagne for our room and even gave us an upgrade on our room to celebrate which was so kind and made the whole experience extra special!! I can’t wait to return, I absolutely loved it.

06/12/2024: Stayed here in the fall for my first trip to Paris, solo female traveler with limited French. Can't wait to come back! The location is central for walking to several parts of the city and while on a busy street, so tucked away and cozy. The rooms had every detail and felt so oppulent. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Staying here really helped my time in Paris feel special.

03/12/2024: Very good experience! The tapas/boards are of good quality (which is not always the case in Parisian bars...), the music is really good and the staff is very, very friendly!! Special mention to the bartenders towards the DJ, they are great! Only downside: there are a lot (a lot) of people I recommend!

25/01/2025: The following review is unfortunately not intended for the BK of Alésia and I am a loyal customer. But since it is impossible to have a member of the restaurant staff, here is: “Delivery to my door” order requested. The delivery man named Azad Maoulida M. (Uber direct) did not want to deliver to me because there were too many deliveries to make and therefore did not want to go up 3 floors. He hung up on me. After multiple attempts to contact him, he told me that he had left. Conclusion: Waiting, delivery man with bad liver and not at all professional because obviously, the latter notified "order delivered" while I found myself without a meal and a debited card!!!!!! I would like to point out that the order was made via the application so there is no possibility of recovering my dues! No customer service!

23/09/2024: It is a very busy restaurant, we were looking for burgers and finally we had a delicious steak served with fresh fries. Ambiance is nice as the clientele is classy (business men an women), they have good music and the place look spotless. The owner of the place is an Irish man who is very friendly and gave us a good list of places to visit in Paris and recommended some great french restaurants, the staff speaks English and is also very friendly, fast and professional as even when the place was crowded we were very well served. We recommend the special (sirloin steak) which was amazing. We will come back!!

11/09/2024: Good complete merguez, very nourishing. The merguez are very fragrant and the homemade harissa is delicious. But at 20€ it's a bit expensive.
