22/04/2026: Hello Here is our experience at Quick Écully on April 20, 2026. The photos speak for themselves. The worst part is that we weren't even served quickly; those making the burgers really took their time, so the wait was long. But look at the result! I don't know, maybe the team was very angry yesterday, but that's certainly the impression it gives when you see what it looks like. Honestly, considering the price we pay these days, I'm really ashamed for tourists to see this. It's a total lack of respect for people who spend a lot of money and might find such a burger on their plate. Oh yes, and the sauce inside was practically nonexistent, of course, since the burgers were crooked; the wrapper ate the sauce.

11/04/2026: I recommend it 200%! We found this restaurant on social media and weren't disappointed. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was excellent. The meat was absolutely perfect. Top-notch service. We'll definitely be back.

25/04/2026: I love coming to Ninkasi Guillotière; the outdoor terrace is very large, the burgers are delicious, and the servers are lovely. Special mention goes to the beers, which are also excellent. A Lyon institution!

03/04/2026: Everything is good, the burgers are excellent, the service is excellent, however, there's a catch. I arrived right when they opened to be sure of getting a table, and yet despite that, I was one of the last to be served. That's not very fair. I waited for over an hour while watching people who arrived long after me enjoying their meals. It's a shame, because everything else is excellent.

18/03/2026: Discovered thanks to a colleague. If you like burgers, don't hesitate. Delicious homemade food, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I definitely intend to come back and try the corn on the cob 🌽. Update: I had to introduce this restaurant to my 20-year-old son who loved it, and my wait to try the corn on the cob was rewarded—it was very good. The mountain burger is also a treat.

28/04/2026: We had a bad experience; the setting is great, but the burgers and fries were really disappointing, even after reheating them. We don't plan to return.

27/04/2026: While staying in the area, we wanted to explore as many places as possible, and I had my eye on this restaurant with its fantastic decor. Verdict: I have very mixed feelings. The decor is undeniably amazing, but it wasn't exactly bustling (for example, we were eating next to someone on the terrace watching a football match in another language, very loudly, not to mention the general noise level in the surrounding area). The service: we complimented the waiter on the decor, but he didn't respond in kind... We were so disappointed that we didn't dare say anything more. The owner came in during our meal, walked past us several times, and never once smiled or said hello... The food: my dish was very good, but my companion's burger was just ordinary (he's a burger lover). It's a shame, because the concept is brilliant.
