14/04/2026: Absolutely nothing to complain about, it was excellent. I'll be back with my children, we loved it. Fresh bread, fresh meat, homemade fries, welcoming staff, and the chef even came to check on us to make sure everything was alright – very professional.

05/03/2026: My wife and I ordered takeout, and there was a slight misunderstanding about the pickup time. Nothing serious, it happens, and I guess I wasn't clear. The gentleman was very professional and offered a discount as compensation. We just finished eating, and it was excellent—and I mean excellent! The burgers were delicious, and the fries were tasty. We're completely full, and we'll definitely be back! Thank you!

27/04/2026: Very disappointed. Long wait, tasteless cocktail that resembled mashed potatoes, and for 6 euros, a kitchen glass and a straw like in a primary school cafeteria. Very disappointed.

09/04/2026: Disappointing, the kiosk was out of order but not blocked. You're notified when you confirm your purchase. Of the three desserts ordered, two were unavailable (either sold out or not defrosted). Unfriendly staff.
Update April 2026: Significant improvement in service, now fast and efficient. The only downside is the rather limited burger selection.

20/04/2026: Lunch on April 19th with my family (3 children). This restaurant is a regular stop on our holiday trips to Normandy. The welcome was very pleasant, and the service was friendly. The dishes were served quickly and efficiently. Things went downhill when it came time to pay the bill with the manager, who has already been mentioned in other reviews…
I have a large family card, and every time I go to a Buffalo Grill, two out of three children's meals are free… except this time, this gentleman removed one and informed me that there was still a maximum per bill. I told him that I had always received two free meals without question and that this was the first time I had been refused this offer. He contemptuously informed me of a supposed rule change effective January 1st, 2026, but without any proof. After checking the large family website, I showed him that this was false. After five minutes of negotiation, he finally refunded me for one children's meal. It's a shame to lie and make the customer experience unpleasant for €5.50…
I'm still giving it 3 stars because the server was very pleasant and efficient.
I'm posting proof of the offer; we'll come back to see if things change 😉

04/01/2026: We reserved a Too Good To Go basket for Sunday, January 4th, between 3 pm and 4 pm. We arrived at 3:20 pm and discovered that the restaurant had permanently closed. The announcement for the basket was posted online yesterday morning. How is it possible to scam us like this when the restaurant has been closed for several days?! This is a huge scam! We are extremely angry and want a refund!
30/12/2025: Beautiful restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. We, along with our children, enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

13/04/2026: The food was noticeably worse than it was a few months ago. The ceviche consisted of pollock fillet cut into very large pieces and swimming in oil, like a herring fillet...unheard of in terms of ceviche and clearly not good. The pollock dish in coconut milk was uninteresting and bland. The dessert was very successful. Two errors on the bill resulted in a difference of 44 euros, which the waiter, who seemed to have trouble counting, couldn't seem to acknowledge. First, the wrong bottle of wine was listed on the bill, then the bottle was charged twice. No apology was offered: quite unbelievable. Disappointing. We had thoroughly enjoyed it a few months ago.
06/04/2026: We ate as a group of four. The dishes were good, however, 25 euros for two very small fillets of sea bass is outrageous... if there wasn't enough fish left, they shouldn't have offered the dish at all.

15/12/2025: As regulars, and returning to this chain because it's a guarantee of quality... well, this is the second time we've been disappointed, and not just a little. The quality of the burger meat is disappointing; the meat used to be flavorful, but this time it tasted like it came straight from the freezer. The side dishes (sauces) are the same quality as McDonald's, and the fries are a disgrace—greasy, dark brown, and they stink. Oh well, there are three of us, and we won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend it. In short: an "El Gringo Beef" and a vegan Milanese as a meal, the princely sum of 29 euros. My husband and I couldn't stomach it, and we threw the fries straight in the bin... a disgrace for that price!

20/09/2024: Top and fast service despite the crowds
The Americans are well stocked as well as the sausage fries. The coffee is very good. Correct price (except for the ice creams, of which the patrol sold for €2.50 while the set of 6 is €1.95 at Auchan, but hey you have to be profitable 😅)
