11/03/2024: We tested the discovery menu. It's quite copious and quite good but without being exceptional. In terms of flavors I discovered things in the main course but not in the starter. Where the problem lies is if we compare the price with other restaurants. €32 starter and main course for fairly simple food, it's too much. On the other hand, my dessert was not expensive and quite original even if I would have liked to have a chocolate ball...

31/03/2024: This was the best meal we had in Paris - and with a super neighborhood-ey feel. Antonin offered unique regional dishes alongside many French classics for my partner, and were very accommodating to me being a vegetarian (which they did not need to be!). Side note - their roast potatoes are the BEST I’ve ever eaten. They made us feel at home despite being obvious foreigners and the only people in the restaurant who spoke only-English. We also got a digestif at the end of our meal and they topped us up for free.

I experienced your restaurant in 2019, and I come to eat in your restaurant at least twice a month and everything has always been perfect. I always make my reservation before coming, and today there was a young new waitress who didn't make my reservation correctly and I couldn't have dinner. I'm so angry because when I complained she just replied that there was a mistake, nothing more. I know you have a lot of customers. But after today I would no longer be one of your customers. 14/04/2024: I never give a negative review but here... a shame to serve GLAZED smoked chicken: it was 7:30 p.m. on a Monday, the restaurant was empty. We waited 40 minutes for take away at the restaurant, which we couldn't eat because it was completely cold. Finally we had to reheat it - the house even though it was already dried out, just to say that we didn't pay 30 euros for nothing. “Exotic” salad with 8 balls, which is certainly neither exotic nor homemade (see photo). Cod accras: we ate them on the spot; not homemade (I am a cook and I can assure you that it was frozen, all dry and elastic, not even sauce to accompany) “Punch” rum: be careful! It's just poor quality rum with 3 drops of syrup! I came to buy food on April 8. I had to go to the doctor because I came out sick following this experience. So no it doesn't seem expensive, but in the end, to end up sick and throw away half the food, the bill becomes steep. Please watch the quality of your food.

The flaky/brittle pastry of the empanadas is a bit surprising but the filling was thin and tasty. The desserts didn't convince me as much. The brownie was heavy & dense and had little flavor (I had a hard time smelling the chocolate). Average prices +++ Very honest quantities. Service a bit obsequious.

01/04/2024: Excellent Creole restaurant in the city center of Aix. It’s one of those famous restaurants that offer something other than touristy Provençal cuisine and quite honestly, it feels good! The welcome is warm and friendly, although the service can be a little slow at times. They offer takeaway or delivery. Speaking of the dishes, the food is excellent and they adjust the spice level according to the palate. Essential when you love spice like me! To be tested for amateurs!
