22/03/2026: Le P’tit Louis restaurant in Toulouse is a true gem for Korean food lovers. I particularly enjoyed the bibimbap served by Min-Jae, who took the time to explain each ingredient with a smile. The decor, a blend of light wood and traditional lanterns, creates a soothing and exotic atmosphere. The dishes are flavorful, beautifully presented, and generous. A must-try that more than deserves its exceptional rating.

28/03/2026: An excellent experience at the Thé Vert Asian Restaurant in Toulouse. I was delighted by the beef bo bun, which was fresh and perfectly seasoned. Our waiter, Julien, was very welcoming and attentive throughout the meal. The decor, with its green lanterns and soothing ambiance, truly invites relaxation. A warm and inviting place that I wholeheartedly recommend to lovers of authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

09/03/2026: The owner is always welcoming and friendly, the waitresses are very attentive, and the food is truly excellent. What more can I say? Everything is homemade, the meats are French, and the fondue is superb—it's best to order it in advance, as it requires a bit of preparation and a good appetite for at least two people. To be transparent, I live next to the restaurant, and my wife and I eat there often. The prices aren't excessive for the quality of the food. Remember to book, especially in the evening before the weekend. They are now closed on Sundays and Mondays.

12/02/2026: We've known this restaurant for a few years and were very disappointed today. The menu price has gone up; there's no cuttlefish on the €21.90 menu. The spring rolls were swimming in oil as a starter. The fish course had lots of vegetables and only two small pieces of fish. And the dessert had very little fruit in the bowl.

15/02/2026: The portion size is small. Pierre VAN, the owner, lied to me, saying the restaurant didn't have Wi-Fi, even though it bears his name… Furthermore, the Hanoi-style bun cha doesn't taste authentic!
