22/03/2026: Le P’tit Louis restaurant in Toulouse is a true gem for Korean food lovers. I particularly enjoyed the bibimbap served by Min-Jae, who took the time to explain each ingredient with a smile. The decor, a blend of light wood and traditional lanterns, creates a soothing and exotic atmosphere. The dishes are flavorful, beautifully presented, and generous. A must-try that more than deserves its exceptional rating.

We had the chicken in whiskey sauce which tasted a bit sweet and a boeuf sauté which was spicy and delicious!

Our waiter, Julien, was very welcoming and attentive throughout the meal. The decor, with its green lanterns and soothing ambiance, truly invites relaxation. A warm and inviting place that I wholeheartedly recommend to lovers of authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

I highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious and convivial experience.

01/04/2026: Quite a good selection of vegetarian options, rather clean and pleasant.
31/03/2026: We had stopped going there due to inflated prices and a sharp decline in quality. Since the renovations, the place is cozier, and the ryu rolls with sundried tomatoes are gone. They're back to basics without too many frills, and that's what makes Zen-Saï so great: knowing exactly what you're going to get on your plate. The Shinobi is back at €50 (see photo), but they no longer serve appetizers. Things are looking up for the future.

07/04/2026: I'm a big fan of this takeaway poke bowls, which are excellent and generous, and I've been a regular at Rives du Mékong for several years now. The service is quick and efficient, always with a smile. Note that they are closed on Wednesday lunchtimes.
