04/04/2024: the perfect restaurant. the atmosphere was very peaceful, and the staff very friendly. the food was really hearty. i got a beef noodle bowl, my bowl was very big (i could not even finish it all) and filled with generous amounts of beef pieces. the soup was delicate and delicious, very flavourful.

The meals are very good, tasty...the staff are excellent and attentive, smiling and helpful.
Obviously I recommend this restaurant and especially their soups, in fact according to one of the employees it seems that it is the 3rd generation of bouillist who is in charge...so grab your spoons and your chopsticks and enjoy your meal.

26/02/2024: Hang Meas is a Cambodian food restaurant on Paris 13. The place is medium in size and reservations are accepted. The service is correct, the waiter is friendly and recommended some dishes to us. The menu is made up of some Cambodian and others typical of Southeast Asia such as beef lok lak. What I liked the most were the starters: the shrimp ravioli are wonderful, they are very original. Of the main dishes, some were better than others: the lok lak was not very good. The red fish curry was not spicy and lacked a bit of flavour. However, the lemongrass beef soup was good and the fried crab wasn't bad. The average price was 27 euros per person, with a correct quality-price ratio. I don't know if I would go back.

A very good Pho; probably one of the best in the Asian district; the n’émis are good and fresh and the shrimp ravioli are succulent.
Very good value for money!

05/04/2024: Best pho in Paris, with rare sliced beef and beef balls. Huge portion that makes you full in your heart and your tummy. Very popular for Asian visitors. This is the original branch in Chinatown, which is unfortunately quite far from the touristy areas. They used to have a branch near Opera but its still under renovation when we visited.
03/04/2024: I liked the food, especially the spring rolls were great. The menu was written in many languages so it was easy to order as a foreign tourist. There were a lot of signs all over the place about foreign cards not being accepted, but I was able to pay with a non French Mastercard.

24/03/2024: Very warm place and the dishes are delicious!!!! 😋👌 Everything is homemade and if you like exotic and spicy dishes, I highly recommend the Thai curry and the Laotian papaya salad!!!

04/04/2024: The Vietnamese beef noodle soup is amazing good. It's even better than I tried at San Jose and San Francisco (USA), Hong Kong, Saigon (Vietnam), it's the best I ever tried in 40 years. No wonder you gwt Michelin award 3 times !

04/04/2024: A real well-off Chinese canteen in the neighborhood!
Here we sit at large tables among the regulars and a few people on a lunch break and we chat rather loudly, in the kitchen it's simmering, it's browning and it's smoking! That’s what makes the atmosphere!
Very large and varied menu from dim sum to rotisserie to the chef's specialties, there is something for everyone in the purest Chinese tradition.
The prices are reasonable, the food is fresh, good and the service is fast, efficient and smiling.
A very positive experience both in substance and form, not to be missed if you are in the area, I will return!

Please note, the kitchen closes before 11:00 p.m. I thought it was later.
The staff is very friendly and efficient. The two gentlemen in the room are very professional.

02/04/2024: I go to Hanoi often and am familiar with the taste of Vietnamese pho, but the pho bo here is really the slightly sweet pho that you get in Hanoi. It's so delicious. They say they only accept cash. I gave them a card and they said no.
17/03/2024: Delicious, large portion, not expensive. The beef provided is great
