In Fleury, you don't dine in a dining room… you dine in a barrel.
A real barrel, complete with a table, chairs, bottles, and a woodsy ambiance—a dream for the introverted sommelier. The cuisine is honest, flavorful, and unpretentious. Intolerances? Handled like a well-rehearsed performance: no gluten, no lactose, no drama.
And the prices? Reasonable, just like the diners in their barrel.
La Tulipe Noire: where you dine in the woods without getting ripped off.

I had the basic set menu, which was well presented and excellent; the starter buffet was decent and varied.
01/02/2026: The only open restaurant we found on our way. It was past 2 pm... Pleasant welcome, generous portion, fish cooked to perfection (parillada).

26/11/2025: The apartment is very well located and pleasant, but the common areas leave something to be desired. This may be due to the fact that we came off-season, when everything is closed.
15/09/2025: The building is a bit run-down, which is reflected in the apartments, at least in ours: the air conditioning in our room was broken (it was leaking!), and it wasn't repaired because the technician was on vacation. There was no "discount" on the price, and it was fortunate that it wasn't too hot. The apartment was poorly designed for our current needs. Good luck if there are four of us and not just two like us: the sink is too small, and the coffee machine needs to be placed on the sink. Poorly designed, I was saying...
Great staff, good communication, but maybe not enough autonomy?
In short, the price in September was reasonable, but don't expect too much.
Last negative: no private parking, which can be difficult to carry luggage around. Public parking, but a 3-hour blue disc during the summer season.
Big plus: the proximity to the sea!!

01/03/2026: Quite disappointed with this restaurant. We ordered two mussels with Roquefort sauce, which arrived in two minutes, just like our neighbors' order. Unsurprisingly, the sauce was lukewarm and the bottom was cold, and the mussels were lukewarm too… very disappointing.
Of course, we spoke to the waiter so he could report it to the kitchen, but we haven't heard back and are still waiting.

20/10/2025: Chez Norbert is always a safe bet; it's friendly, and the quality is good. It's hopelessly overcrowded during peak season, and outside of peak season, the outdoor seating isn't quite as pleasant. But it always deserves four points!

30/10/2025: As a true Italian, I think describing such an abomination as a pizza is pure HERESY! The dough wasn't pizza-quality, as it was raw and unleavened in places, but the crust was dry and overly charred. The "mozzarella" in the Margherita wasn't mozzarella, and there was no trace of tomato sauce. I can confirm that the people preparing it were all without sanitary masks. And to conclude this review, I think €7 for this obscenity is a waste of money.
17/09/2025: Tourists marvel at these thin-crust, certainly artisanal pizzas.
Excellent taste.
In short, quality, service, price, and welcome tell us that this is a great place.
To remember the next time we return to this beautiful little Mediterranean town.

29/10/2025: A very warm welcome, always with a smile. The couscous is fabulous, as are all the takeaway and dine-in dishes. Very reasonable prices. A truly delicious meal! This restaurant is well worth the detour. Thank you to these two friendly young men.
