07/09/2025: Discovered by chance during our trip, an excellent address both for the welcome and for the cuisine, a restaurant that is absolutely worth the detour without any hesitation

26/08/2025: Very good and flavorful home cooking. The welcome is great; a stop is a must if you pass by.

27/02/2026: We received a very warm welcome. The bedding was excellent. The hotel itself was perfect. However, we were disappointed by the food. The beurre blanc sauce served with the fish was nothing like a real beurre blanc. The aligot lacked garlic and warmth.

25/02/2026: In the past, I often stopped at the cafeteria in this rest area and had never been disappointed. Today, however, that changed. The price was high for a meal of mediocre quality and only passable quantity. The sausage and aligot, while good, didn't reflect the true flavor of Aveyron sausages. The grilled sausage was the same as the one served with the aligot... the flan was good, and the raspberry tart was average. We ordered rosé, which was also unremarkable; we would have preferred red wine, but it was Merlot, and we don't like it. A cafeteria meal that has become expensive and disappointing. The coffee token I had before Covid worked perfectly, though. 😉
