17/09/2024: Disappointing hotel with a very humid ground floor room (runoff on the window and grass shoots on the frame). Cool room at the end of summer. Welcoming staff. Good restaurant with generous portions.

30/07/2024: I had dinner there with my daughter and my son-in-law, we were all very happy with the choice of our dishes including a beef tartare with a knife. The products used are of excellent quality. Very friendly atmosphere. Air-conditioned room or terrace as desired.

13/09/2024: Roadside hotel located in the ZAE 4 km from Villefranche. Horrible environment, the common areas in bright orange, the rooms in gray plastic veneer and what can we say about the polyester/cotton sheets which are also hideous and comfortable. The only positive note is the impeccable cleanliness of the premises.

12/09/2024: The Relais de Farrou is truly a wonderful hotel with a balance of comfort, convenience, gastronomy and a fairly exceptional environment. The owners and all the staff are very attentive and considerate. The cuisine is excellent, the rooms perfectly equipped, the croissants and pain au chocolat for breakfast are absolutely perfect flakiness and lightness. What more can we say about the pleasure of the swimming pool, the 9-hole mini-golf, tennis and the heliport for those in a hurry or those furthest away...? We spent 6 wonderful days in this beautiful establishment with an unbeatable “quality/price” ratio. We were thus able to discover all the cultural and architectural richness of this beautiful region that is Aveyron. Thank you to Mr and Mrs Boulliard, the owners, for their welcoming and efficient welcome.

21/09/2024: Nous avons été très déçus par cette expérience gastronomique qui ne correspond pas aux avis très positifs que nous avions eu. Entrée trop froide, beaucoup d'attente entre les plats, desserts décevants.

20/09/2024: Situé dans le prolongement du Musée "SOULAGES" (à visiter absolument), ce "Café" façon Bras propose deux formules: la 1ère à 19e tout compris pour déguster une sorte de wrap à consommer à l'extérieur sur la terrasse. La 2ème la la formule à 43e qui se déguste au restaurant. Cette formule comprend: Entrée à choisir entre deux propositions, Plat à choisir entre 2 proposition ( poisson ou viande), Dessert: à choisir entre fromages ou pâtisseries. C'est une cuisine avec un parfait mélanges des saveurs, original tartare de boeuf aux saveurs d'agrumes?, Délicieux "Framboisier" revisité de façon originale. C'est effectivement bon, mais on doit prendre la formule complète on ne peut pas prendre Entrée et plat ou Plat et Dessert, dommage . Le décoration du restaurant est dans l'esprit de la construction du Musée, c'est à dire un mélange de matières nobles, Acier et Cuir. La Personne qui fait fonction de " Maitresse de Maison" Pauline est parfaite dans sa fonction: accueillante, Souriante, Efficace. Le service est essentiellement féminin. Très agréable repas.

14/08/2024: I had already been there 5 years ago the portions have decreased and the service is too long, and the meal a little too salty too bad!!!

19/07/2024: You absolutely must stop at this restaurant. It's a killer in culinary terms. The staff is super friendly. Well done
