30/03/2024: Pros: The location is fantastic, right around the corner from the cathedral in central Strasbourg, walking distance to everything near the city center. Quite cheap considering the location. They advertise that they can provide a crib for free. Cons: The reception has very limited hours and is closed on Sunday, something to keep in mind depending on your needs. They offer a free crib option when booking, but because we checked in on Sunday when they were closed, we did not get one. There was no hook on the wall over the bath tub to put the shower head, so you can't really stand up and take a shower. Room was small, but not a big deal for a short stay, also, expect to pay a lot for a nearby parking garage.

19/12/2023: Dear Hotel Manager, I would like to express my deep disappointment with the poor quality of the catering offered in your establishment. Unfortunately, my dining experience during my recent stay did not at all meet my expectations for a 3 star. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that significantly affected my experience with you, for example: - Rooms still not ready. 5:00 p.m. - 30 minutes of waiting at the bar before being served, so having to go find the waitress with an enthusiasm that leaves something to be desired. - The cleaning ladies who force me to enter the room even though I am present in the room. - Last days staying at the hotel with my colleagues we were separated so 2 different tables although it would have been nice to eat all together - Bad smell persisting in the bathroom when I took a shower. And many more .. The dishes served at the restaurant were bland and tasteless, reflecting sloppy preparation. Additionally, the variety of options offered was extremely limited (1 dish was offered), making meals monotonous and unappetizing. Beyond the quality of the dishes, the service also left something to be desired. The staff seemed inattentive and unconcerned with customer satisfaction. Waiting times to be served were excessively long (30 minutes waiting at the bar), our requests were neglected on several occasions, which added to our frustration. As a customer, I expected a pleasant experience and quality service at your establishment. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I am deeply disappointed. I sincerely hope that you will take my comments into account and make the necessary adjustments to improve your service. I am convinced that you have the potential to provide an exceptional experience for your customers, and I hope that my comments will help you achieve this goal and improve the quality of the restaurant. A good culinary, service and hospitality experience is an essential element in guaranteeing customer satisfaction and building customer loyalty.
