22/03/2026: What a wonderful discovery! A very warm welcome, and the €32 set menu was perfect. We had a delicious meal and a lovely evening. We'll be back, and I highly recommend this place.

07/03/2026: A €26 set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) offering excellent value for money. The freshness, cooking, and service were all perfect. I would have given it 5 stars if the restroom doors had been clean (around the handles and on the door itself). It's a small detail, but important to me and easy to fix! Thank you for this lovely experience 😊 Returned in May 2025: everything is still just as good, and the welcome is very warm. The price of the set menu has, of course, increased, like everything else, but it remains very reasonable and still excellent 👍 Thank you for this delicious interlude and the top-notch welcome and service 👏🙏

02/03/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the room was very nice and very clean. It's a shame there was only one restaurant (room service closed at 10 pm). And again, a big thank you to the very helpful night porter for his kindness.

18/02/2026: On Tuesday, February 17th, two employees were extremely unpleasant (around 3 pm). One of them even dared to yell at us when, before ordering, we wanted to check if there were enough seats in the upstairs dining room. I've never been treated this way before; perhaps it's because of my skin color? Anyway, we won't be returning here, and we'll do everything we can to ensure that none of our friends or family ever go to this establishment again.

30/09/2025: When we were told we could use the UP lunch card at the entrance, I was supposed to be able to pay with it. However, when the bill arrived, it was impossible to pay with the lunch card, neither with my card nor my wife's. To claim they were accepting the card but then not actually accept it upon arrival seems dishonest to me. (The card hadn't been used before, so a €25 charge was possible, and it was a Thursday!) It made for a poor customer experience.

23/03/2026: Excellent experience at The Queen Victoria on Marseille's Old Port. A charming place with a truly unique atmosphere that makes you feel like you're experiencing a special moment, almost outside of time. The ambiance is warm, friendly, and authentic, ideal for a wonderful evening with friends or simply enjoying the setting. You immediately feel at ease, carried away by the energy of the place and the beauty of the surroundings of the Old Port. A real gem, both for the pub's spirit and the quality of the time spent there. I will gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a lively, pleasant, and memorable spot in Marseille.

13/02/2026: I highly recommend this family-run restaurant in Sénas. You feel right at home from the moment you walk in: a warm welcome and a simple, authentic atmosphere. The food is generous and delicious, truly heartfelt cuisine. I can't wait to return for lunch on my next trip to Sénas.

25/01/2026: I strongly advise against this place; it's rubbish, and I'm being kind. 120 euros for two people, and we ended up getting sick. The meat was questionable, even the vegetables weren't fresh. Avoid it at all costs! 1 report

09/03/2026: A bar ideally located right by the sea. The establishment offers a wide selection of beers as well as shows and activities every day of the year. The pizzas and tapas are excellent, and there's a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!

24/03/2026: Brasserie de la Mairie is a wonderful spot with a very relaxed atmosphere. I absolutely loved the French Onion Soup and the Croque Monsieur, as both were prepared perfectly. The service is fast and friendly, which makes for a great dining experience. I honestly do not understand why some people claim the French are snooty, as we found them to be the loveliest folks on earth. It is definitely a good idea to go for brunch instead of a later meal, as the place gets really busy around lunchtime. The location is perfect, looking right out into the Fontaine de l'eau bénite, which adds a charming backdrop to your meal. This is a must visit if you are looking for a classic and welcoming brasserie experience in the heart of Aix-en-Provence.

05/12/2025: We came to eat lunch with my mother today. The service was impeccable, the waiter was smiling, and our plates were served in about ten minutes and were generous portions. €35 for two. I'll be back!

15/02/2026: A real disappointment! I invited my girlfriend for Valentine's Day weekend, and unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the standards of a 5-star establishment (having stayed in several 5-star hotels). - Spa: The jacuzzi had cushions that were coming loose, with exposed nails that could cause injury. The sauna, meanwhile, wasn't working... - Service: The constant coming and going of staff running in the corridors between the kitchen and the various adjoining rooms made it impossible to enjoy a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, we waited almost 20 long minutes to return the keys at check-out. There was only one person at reception even though the hotel was full... - Breakfast: You have to flag down an employee just to get your order taken. - Room: The view was of electrical wires, which definitely lacks charm for a romantic getaway. The hotel is undeniably beautiful, but the service falls short of the standards expected of a 5-star establishment. At this price point, impeccable service is essential (although we must commend the professionalism of the restaurant manager, who was excellent). I do not recommend this hotel.

01/02/2026: The property is absolutely beautiful — a charming Provençal house surrounded by peaceful greenery, with a terrace that invites you to slow down and simply enjoy the moment. Breakfast was truly a pleasure: great variety, high-quality ingredients, and everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere across the hotel feels warm yet elegant, and the service deserves special mention. The team is attentive without being intrusive — friendly, professional, and naturally welcoming. One of the highlights of the stay is the restaurant led by Mathias Dandine. The cuisine is exceptional, and knowing that many ingredients come directly from the hotel’s own vegetable garden makes the experience feel even more authentic and special. Overall, this is a place with real character — beautiful surroundings, outstanding food, and a team that makes you feel genuinely cared for. We would gladly come back.
