11/07/2026: A huge thank you to the Lion d'Or cheese shop for delighting our guests at our wedding brunch! The cheese boards were excellent, beautifully presented, and offered a superb variety. The charcuterie boards were also a big hit, as was the homemade cervelle de Canuts served with gluten-free crackers. We received nothing but compliments! We also indulged in their local poultry rillettes, which were absolutely delicious. On the phone and in the shop, Adrien was particularly welcoming and gave us excellent advice on quantities. They were also kind enough to deliver to us that very morning, directly to the venue where we got married. We highly recommend them and will gladly return on our next visit to Gisors!

08/07/2026: I came in June and was greeted by a young apprentice. He was serious, offered good advice, was welcoming and attentive, and understood exactly what we were looking for. I hope other customers have the same experience with him.

28/07/2026: This is the best grilled buffalo meat in Evreux. It's very good and the meat is cooked perfectly. It's excellent, the cooks are good. It's very good. The food is great. There are no microphones, everything is clean.

27/07/2026: Lunch with friends. The staff were welcoming, smiling, and attentive, providing impeccable, discreet service with a thoughtful touch. The table was spotless, and the daily menu offered a choice of two courses (starter and main, or two courses and dessert, or starter, main, and dessert) at competitive prices. The cuisine was excellent, beautifully presented, with generous portions and top-quality fresh ingredients. It was truly homemade, and you were given time to savor the meal before your dishes were brought to you and you could finish your coffee! A nice bonus was having lunch on the terrace overlooking the Seine. We had a wonderful time. Auberge du Halage is truly a place to eat, a restaurant worthy of a Michelin star. A must for food lovers: don't miss it!

31/05/2026: A huge thank you to the entire team for contributing to the success of our wedding! From the cocktail hour to dinner, and even the brunch the following day, everything was delicious and perfectly orchestrated. Our guests were delighted, and we received nothing but compliments. A special mention goes to the service staff, who were always attentive to the bride and groom. Throughout the day, the servers ensured we had plenty of food and drinks despite the event's hectic pace. This thoughtful touch was greatly appreciated. We also extend our warmest thanks to Hélène Varin and her assistant for their support, availability, and impeccable follow-up from the beginning to the end of our project. Professionalism, quality, and kindness: we recommend this caterer without hesitation!
