16/03/2026: I spent a year and a half at the Tivoli as a frequent traveler. Having tried every establishment within a 20-kilometer radius, I can only highly recommend this hotel. The staff is extremely pleasant, friendly, attentive, and professional. Always accommodating to special requests, I greatly appreciated this with my often unpredictable and unscheduled schedule. The food is delicious, from appetizers to desserts, not to mention the truly comprehensive breakfast buffet (sweet, savory, hot, and cold), a rarity in the area. The rooms have been recently renovated and are very comfortable, functional, and clean: modern bathrooms, a comfortable desk with two monitors, plenty of power outlets, and a nice TV screen.

15/03/2026: Fantastic hotel. The staff were excellent. A truly wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

10/11/2025: Very disappointed with this restaurant. The wait was incredibly long: we arrived around 12:30 pm and were only served one course at 1:45 pm. And even then, we were the first on the terrace to get our food; other customers who arrived before or at the same time as us still hadn't received anything after an hour and a half. Items listed on the menu weren't available (Camembert). We chose the trout, which was a huge disappointment because the menu stated "whole trout" for €22.50, but we were served a small fillet (see photo). The draft beer was lukewarm because it was served too late. The waiter, clearly overwhelmed, forgot orders and didn't give us cutlery. The only positive point was that the lamb chops were very good, but they were served with overcooked fries.

10/11/2025: We waited two hours just for drinks... we left before we'd even eaten. Avoid at all costs!

14/02/2026: A very bad experience with the Helgon Hotel. My train was canceled due to weather. I immediately called reception, and the receptionist confirmed that I could cancel free of charge and asked me to do it myself. I followed his instructions. A few hours later, a complete reversal: cancellation refused and charges maintained. I find this unacceptable and unprofessional. The information given to customers is not respected. You will hear from me. Be very vigilant and demand everything in writing. Very disappointed.

19/01/2026: Such a clean, classy and classic property that left warm memories years later☺️ The balcony overlooking the mountain ridge was a highlight as well as the nice thick wooden doors. I still look back on it years later for some reason. No hotel has done this for me... One last thing:We were leaving later in the day and the front desk overheard my wife and I talking about where to park until after lunch and went out of their way showing us where we can park behind the hotel in a gated area. Above and beyond. Ahhhh. Such a good stay....🎈

07/02/2026: Where to begin… When you walk into this restaurant, the most striking smell isn't the food, but the toilet duck… enough to make your taste buds tingle 🥰🥰 Then the menu arrives, a menu ranging from traditional cuisine to Italian (spoiler alert: the next table ordered spaghetti; we were far from being in Rome). Without much inspiration from the menu, but with a big appetite and no other restaurant nearby, we opted for a sirloin steak with fries and sausage fries. I think the picture of the dish speaks for itself… a sauce I can't even describe to accompany the sausages: not to mention my partner's sirloin steak, which was inedible: a real gut-buster (no pun intended). As for the sauce, you get, of course, mayonnaise and half-empty ketchup from the container you bought it in. We were, however, surprised by the speed of the service! Because yes, we were served in literally one minute! Usain Bolt couldn't have done better! I think that says a lot about the quality of the food… they heat up the dog food and presto! Dinner's ready! All that for the exorbitant sum of €28! The waiters were quite friendly but didn't come to ask us how we were enjoying our meal (and they were right not to). I've attached a photo of my dish, which, I promise you, is worth the trip! Finally, a word of advice: go further down the road, avoid this place at all costs!!!

11/01/2026: Very well located, but definitely overwhelmed by the crowds due to its proximity to the sanctuary. Service was very average.
