The welcome was excellent, and the staff were friendly and very kind.
The restaurant was simply perfect, offering unbeatable value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

10/11/2025: Very disappointed with this restaurant.
The wait was incredibly long: we arrived around 12:30 pm and were only served one course at 1:45 pm.
And even then, we were the first on the terrace to get our food; other customers who arrived before or at the same time as us still hadn't received anything after an hour and a half.
Items listed on the menu weren't available (Camembert).
We chose the trout, which was a huge disappointment because the menu stated "whole trout" for €22.50, but we were served a small fillet (see photo).
The draft beer was lukewarm because it was served too late.
The waiter, clearly overwhelmed, forgot orders and didn't give us cutlery.
The only positive point was that the lamb chops were very good, but they were served with overcooked fries.
10/11/2025: We waited two hours just for drinks... we left before we'd even eaten. Avoid at all costs!

19/04/2026: Excellent hotel in Lourdes, located just 80 meters from the monastery. Modern, clean, and well-organized. Comfortable and welcoming rooms.
The reception staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, speaking several languages. The food is also excellent.
Highly recommended!
18/04/2026: I highly recommend this hotel. Its location is ideal, near the grotto. The room was spacious, the food was excellent, and the staff was attentive. I've stayed in several hotels in Lourdes, and the Hotel Roissy is the best I've found in terms of value for money. I would definitely return.

20/04/2026: We have ordered 4 meals and majority of the portions were frites. Moreover it was not that tasty.
We ordered a Omelette nature frites and charged for Omelette mixed frites which was few euros more. We realised this only after we left the place. Lucky we had the picture of the meal and kept the bill. Tourists or visitors watch out for your bill before you pay. Looks like they are not that touristy friendly place.
13/04/2026: The waiter was unpleasant and had the nerve to tell his colleagues that the customer was being difficult.
If you don't listen when taking your order, that's not our problem. Taking people's money isn't enough; a minimum of courtesy is also required in this profession.
Oh yes, and it's really bad. I should have checked the reviews before losing €53.50. Avoid this place; I guarantee you all the negative reviews are TRUE.

12/10/2025: We received a wonderful welcome on Friday evening, with attentive and caring staff despite our late arrival and our excited daughters.
The room was spotless, and the beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent, perfect for starting our day at the wildlife park just steps from the hotel.

25/09/2025: I can’t thank Philippe and his staff enough. The Hotel is perfect for a cycling holiday.
It’s very clean and everything works perfectly. The rooms are small but they have everything you need.
Staff are friendly
The food is fresh and tasty and with the option of the extra pasta there’s plenty to fill you up.

30/03/2024: Basic from basic, not great at all, I didn't understand all the monkeys who give 4 or 5 stars. But the people who work there are very nice.
30/03/2024: Atmosphere and friendly service, wide choice of cocktails but the meal was not incredible... My tartiflette was not good, the cheese very strong, few potatoes and the bacon was not, it was very hard pieces of rind...
My companion's cheese and charcuterie boards weren't crazy... we're disappointed

Ambiance très mitigée et très mal reçu. On se demande si on dérange.
C'est bien dommage... pourtant le cadre est sympa.
03/03/2024: Nous avons pris des burgers à emporter.
Au secours le burger cocote au poulet vendu 17,50€ à emporter avec 3 petits morceaux de poulet , 3 feuilles de salades cuites …. Bref la qualité est vraiment médiocre. À emporter encore plus cher que sur place par exemple les lasagnes servies avec salade sur place alors que servies seules à emporter au même prix …. Bref À fuir …
