15/03/2026: A joyful, delicious, and musical February 14th! 🎉😋 A superb evening enlivened by the band Suzanne & Jako, interspersed with tasty dishes (pumpkin and sprouted seed crème brûlée, carrot and cauliflower duo with rice and a duck leg with pink peppercorns, finishing with profiteroles and salted caramel ice cream 😋 It's very delicious!!!)
What could be better on this damp winter day than spending quality time at the bistro in La Ferté-sous-Jouarre, all year round?

24/02/2026: A huge thank you to Mr. Massu and the entire Valaudran team.
We were able to hold our wedding on February 21, 2026, in a magnificent venue where we had complete freedom to decorate the room and choose our own food, wines, etc.
All the staff were attentive and caring.
Our guests were also delighted.
We highly recommend them.

22/02/2026: First and certainly not the last, we had a wonderful meal! Our chosen dishes (duck, roasted Camembert, ribs) were generous and delicious (excellent fries). Dessert was equally impressive (French toast and pistachio fondant). We also ordered a mixed appetizer platter; the five of us shared it, and it was perfect for pre-dinner drinks. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend it for a great evening and a delicious meal.

Un mélange de saveur,avec crudités et spécialités arméniennes mélangées.

11/11/2024: Très agréable moment. La salle est un peu froide, mais l'accent et la sympathie du patron réchauffent l'ambiance. Il explique et conseille les plats et les vins. Passionné, il décarquasse lui-même sa viande pour s'assurer de la qualité. D'où la carte courte et les horaires de service restreints le soir. Les plats, les desserts et les boissons sont typiques d'Arménie et très bons.
Pour le bémol : 2 salades pourraient être un peu plus travaillées (1 salade verte + tomates et 1 salade de tomates), ainsi que la présentation des desserts (gâteau servi seul dans l'assiette), et il pourrait y avoir 1-2 feuilles de vigne supplémentaires. Bon rapport qualité-prix.
