The welcome was pleasant and the food very good. Don't hesitate to try it.
10/08/2026: A superb find! This charming restaurant in La Ferté-Saint-Cyr is a real gem. You're greeted by the owner, who immediately puts you at ease. You can choose to have lunch or dinner in the indoor or outdoor seating area, with smoking and non-smoking options available. The atmosphere is tranquil and shaded, and the menu offers a choice of dishes, just like home cooking—excellent! Everything is homemade, from the high-quality starters with generous portions to the superb meats and perfect fish, accompanied by fresh vegetables and, of course, fries. There's also a selection of particularly good local wines. Everything is cooked by the owner, who also prepares delicious desserts (homemade tart, homemade fries, homemade herbal tea, etc.). I highly recommend it, but a word of advice: "BOOK IN ADVANCE," they're full every day...

A beautiful place with character, well located (easy access to highway, train, and town) and peaceful.
The staff was attentive and competent.
Notes:
- Hotel: very comfortable beds
- Restaurant: gourmet-style menu, but generous portions
Also a great place to remember for corporate seminars and private events (weddings).

18/08/2026: We stopped in Blois, and given the general reputation of Bouillon restaurants, we went in without hesitation. We were very warmly welcomed by the waitress.
The street-side terrace isn't very inviting; it's dirty, but the interior is quite nice. What a disappointment when my Caesar salad arrived! The eggs were green, the chicken was supposedly fried—oh my god, it looked like foam, like it had been reconstituted—and as for the salad, the leaves were black.
It's shameful to serve this! Avoid at all costs!!!
17/08/2026: The only positive point: the service.
The food was completely subpar. The portions were tiny. The risotto was basically just plain white rice with a splash of sauce. The menu claims it's homemade, but I highly doubt it.
€60 for this...and no compensation whatsoever.
Avoid at all costs.

22/08/2026: We came to Blois today to enjoy the market and the lovely weather. We sat down on a terrace for a drink when a waiter arrived nonchalantly and ushered us out, saying he was going to set a table for dinner, so we couldn't have a drink. It wasn't even noon, and other people had been there a few minutes before us, but they weren't rudely turned away... In short, not helpful at all, avoid at all costs...
15/08/2026: Had a super delicious meal!
The salads were delicious and really filling!
The prawn salad contained more prawns than you would typically get and had a delicious marinade. Caesar salad was also perfect. The chicken skewer had plenty of meat too. Nicely presented and friendly service, with a lovely view over the square and the steps to the castle. Nice shops around the area.
Highly recommended for the price/quality ratio.

Un mélange de saveur,avec crudités et spécialités arméniennes mélangées.
Copieux et savoureux.

11/11/2024: Très agréable moment. La salle est un peu froide, mais l'accent et la sympathie du patron réchauffent l'ambiance. Il explique et conseille les plats et les vins. Passionné, il décarquasse lui-même sa viande pour s'assurer de la qualité. D'où la carte courte et les horaires de service restreints le soir. Les plats, les desserts et les boissons sont typiques d'Arménie et très bons.
Pour le bémol : 2 salades pourraient être un peu plus travaillées (1 salade verte + tomates et 1 salade de tomates), ainsi que la présentation des desserts (gâteau servi seul dans l'assiette), et il pourrait y avoir 1-2 feuilles de vigne supplémentaires. Bon rapport qualité-prix.
