11/02/2024: Warm but random welcome, the boss leaves, on the phone or we don't know where, and we wait 10 minutes without knowing what's going on... Very comfortable room but without any charm, with cooking smells and noise from the restaurant… A boss who tells us at 7:27 p.m. that we are arriving at the restaurant too early (requested 7:30 p.m.) and takes 20 minutes to come and seat us at the table. A breakfast taken at 9:20 where we were told that there were no more pastries and that if we wanted to have some we had to wait 30 minutes for them to defrost.... Restaurant on the other hand very honest for the price with good service. But nothing to do with a gastro, even 1 star. However, beautiful cuisine, pleasant and creative. Spa nearby unlike the hotel of very good quality. In total, we will not come back and we do not recommend the hotel, the restaurant is limited for a lunch meal (market menu, good value for money). It’s a shame to have such a magnificent place and not to promote it.
