24/03/2026: Great little restaurant overlooking the Loire. No wait, super friendly owner, incredibly fast service. The meat was cooked perfectly. Simple yet varied choices for both main courses and desserts. A fantastic place to eat.

21/03/2026: Excellent restaurant with a view of the Loire River, top-notch menu, service, and atmosphere.

18/04/2026: Served with a 50-minute wait between the starter and the main course. One of the dishes arrived cold, as did the fries, but they only offered to reheat the fries... The result was inedible fries and cold calamari fritters. Half the bill went uneaten, and without any apology... This will be my last time at Léon's.

09/03/2026: I was a little surprised by this unusual place. It's not a "gastronomic restaurant," but it's a real treat with fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. The staff is very pleasant and the service is efficient. Well done! We'll be back.

06/03/2026: A truly wonderful experience at Restaurant Grand Saint Benoît. The Saint-Aignan trout with dill and celery jelly was incredibly fresh and perfectly balanced. The crispy sweetbread escalopes with their separate jus, a house specialty, were remarkable: crispy texture, precise cooking, and a wonderfully fragrant sauce. The desserts were equally impressive: a delicious and expertly executed revisited tarte Tatin, followed by an intensely spiced and elegant Valrhona chocolate from Ecuador. Refined cuisine, quality ingredients, and a masterful command of flavors. A restaurant I wholeheartedly recommend.

04/03/2026: A wonderful discovery and a very pleasant surprise. We discovered it thanks to the Hotel du Labrador, and this restaurant is delicious. Everything was good, from the appetizer to the dessert (perhaps the best lemon meringue pie of my life...). The service was friendly, and the place is beautiful and peaceful inside. Go there!
