14/08/2024: I dine out frequently, but this was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had in my life. The service and food were utterly atrocious. Our waiter, Eric, was beyond rude—his attitude was abrasive from the moment we walked in. He made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers, brushing off our questions, rolling his eyes and snapping at us when we asked for basic things like water or extra napkins. His demeanor was so hostile it completely ruined the atmosphere. It's shocking that someone with such a blatant disregard for customer service is allowed to interact with guests. As for the food, it was utterly inedible—tasteless, and it left us feeling ill. The steak was rubbery, the pork unbearably salty, and everything was impossible to eat. We couldn’t stomach a single bite; the entire meal went straight to the trash.

15/07/2024: Do not bother unless you like ridiculously over salted, chewy steak and poor service. Carla was very rude when we politely explained why my daughter hadn’t managed to eat any of her steak as it was all fat and chewy. She ignored us. Dropped bill on table and hid with her colleague and didn’t return to table to take our payment until I asked another server he we paid. Please do not waste your money on dreadful food and service.
